Parcel was delivered fine but all four tins were mainly broken biscuits.
I could hear that they were rattling so kuch so really I'd like a refund or another set.

The bristots are a present. They look delicious. I hope I get one when they are open.
Package arrived on time, well packed and excellent ongoing communication.

Occasional customer

Nothing much to say. I ordered something; Melbury and Appleton shipped the correct product to me very quickly. The product was breakable, but was well packaged and the quality is superb. Have used M&A for a number of years now and have never had a moments bother.
