Recently purchased inside doors and frameset. The best customer service ever! after my order I got a call from a gentlemen called Bo, he was very polite which is how everyone of us should be and highly professional to cross check what i ordered was correct so that I do not need to re-order or waste money which is good not only for me but for environment. Salute for that!
About the product- I received at my door step exacly the next day from shipping through Post Nord and again good job from them too leaving the bulky parcel in good position since I was not at home. The doors were of high quality as mentioned by Bo and I am extremly satified. I still havent installed yet but so far looks excellent. Pacaking was good upto standards but I would like companies to even protect the side corner of the door with extra cartons not just the 4 corners.
PRICE: Usually the mass production companies cant be beaten in this category and when I found Melholt product i analysed they have a quality product by specification ( i dont use hunch all the time). The price was almost 35% -50% lower than the ones off-shelf of big sellers. I also wonder why people dont reach out amazing small-medium businesseslike this.
Anyways being a non Danish speaker I was helped good in the communication department and I am satisfied with the quality of product delivered.
May be trust pilot should have an extra high star option to give for satisfied customers like me.
