Melijoe claim no knowledge of my call and say there are neither records or trace of call having been received. I had called them querying their prices and during the call the assistant offered to reduce the items by £10 if I kept the dresses. This is very disappointing

High quality clothes and service!
Whenever I order my kid’s clothes through Melijoe I receive the package so fast, especially for international shipping! It’s also packaged so beautifully every time. I recently made my first exchange for a new size and that was extremely easy and happened in a very timely manner. My experience
Melijoe is absolutely the place I go to buy darling clothes, especially for my grandbabies! The staff has always been professional and most helpful without attitude which doesn't happen quite often with other stores. They always make me feel welcomed on the phone and that they are happy to get my business. The only complaint I have is that the "check out form" should be more clear regarding the "delivery to" address. I have filled it out wrong having the package coming to me in the US instead of going to Hong Kong. On my next order I will call Melijoe to help me with this.
