Really happy with my purchase! The glasses arrived quickly and I love the design. They have a timeless look and feel very well made. The polarized lenses are excellent and give great clarity, while the frames and arms feel strong and sturdy.
The quality of the cases was also a lovely surprise. Overall, they feel luxurious without being overly formal great quality with a fun, modern feel. Very pleased with them!

I payed for express delivery. My parcel wasn’t delivered to my address. It’s been more than a week sinse the package went missing and meller hasn’t tracked the parcel, sent replacement, or refunded me.

Very disappointing return policy.
I’m very disappointed with the return policy. I had to pay for the return shipping myself, which I find unreasonable, especially considering how complicated and inconvenient the return process is. The return instructions are not very clear, and having to cover the return costs makes the whole experience even more frustrating. A customer-friendly return policy should make the process simple, transparent, and affordable. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very negative impression of the company.
