I’ve never before paid 1000kr for jeans that cannot be washed.
After one wash the label on the backside of the jeans had ruined both the pants, and another t-shirt of mine, with colored stains all over. When asking for a refund, I was met by a customer “service” that refused compensation, because, apparently, it had never happened before, and therefore they wouldn’t compensate for my damaged clothes.
My advice - STAY AWAY

All of our products are tested across various washing conditions before being made available. According to the care label, we recommend washing the pants at a maximum of 30°C to help preserve the fabric and overall quality, which is standard for this type of garment.
Based on the images you shared, the extent of the staining appears unusual and not consistent with what we would expect from a standard 30°C wash. That said, we understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Mellow Archives does not only provide some of the best pieces of clothing I have seen but they also uphold the brands promises. I purchased a pair of jeans that had been damaged upon arrival. After getting in contact with their customer support, they apologised and provided me not only a brand new pair, but also a pair of boxers as compensation.
You can feel how they really care about their customers and their brand which sadly has become rare nowadays.
I recently discovered this amazing online clothing brand, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The quality of the clothes is top-notch, and the designs are both trendy and unique.
