The order somehow was doubled so charged me over $360 for 6 pillows. They are not memory foam but a rubbery bounce back material and very thick. Like many side sleepers I sleep with an arm under my pillow. Arm plus pillow and no give= wayyyyyy to much thickness under my neck to even be remotely comfortable. Now I’m stuck with 6 pillows and they say I missed the return window by 1 day. Not willing to work with me despite 5 pillows still in original packaging. Drop ship scammers not interested in honoring their product quality. Read reviews many issues with customer service and pillow not being fit for a side sleeper.

Love the actual products ( most of them) shipping and customer service was awful , I waited almost 3 months for a comforter after getting the run around and saying oh it will be this week we swear . They also don’t have any working phone so you are at the mercy of someone answering an email . They tried to make up for it by sending me a free pillow and I’m still waiting lol

I ordered three pillows total...One came with a large stain on the pillow case itself. I reached out immediately to the company and at that point was asked to jump through hoops, send photos, send product tags and box tags..... After submitting photos I was then sent an email suggesting a 20% off the pillow case price. Are you kidding me, I need a clean pillow case, for the pillow!!! I ordered and paid for the pillow and the custom pillow case.
I continued to get the run around here. Will now throw the pillow and case out and will advise all family and friends to stay clear. Additionally, the pillows have a strong, unpleasant scent upon arrival. They indicated that the pillows need to air out and in a few days the scent will disappear.
Not satisfied, buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have made three attempts to get the status of my order which was placed March 16, 2026 and has not arrived. The order I placed the following day for the sand color arrived. The pillows ordered weeks later have arrived. What is the delay for the pink one I ordered? I do not know as they just respond with a generic pre-written template or even an AI response. The emails just give false promises. This is the worst service of any company thus far.

The best sleep I have gotten in years! Used to not be able to get this kind of sleep except at fancy high end hotels, now I can have it at home! Waiting for it to ship was painful and long due to high demand, but well worth the wait!

The only reason this is 3 stars instead of 5 is the long long time it takes to get my order. My pillow came first with many emails to me that they were making it. My cooling blanket took forever to come and I had to chase it. That said both products are awesome. My cooling blanket is top quality and works. I have copd and cannot regulate my temp so I’m always hot at night trying to sleep, now with this blanket I’m sleeping like a baby, thank you.

My husband and I absolutely love the Mellow blanket. It’s heavy but it’s still perfect even for summer because it keeps you warm but still is cooling because of the outside fabric. I don’t know how they did that? It feels like you’re sleeping in a marshmallow. It really is the best blanket ever! Ive been recommending it to all 6 of our children and all our grandchildren too!

Just received my comforter, it is very comfortable light, and soft. The advertisement on it is exact. I would definitely better the communication and shipping process. It was a good while since I had received the blanket and I finally reached out when I was told that it was on back order because of the particular color but if I did the way they could ship it out ASAP. Have they sent a message communicating this I probably would’ve had my comforter sooner. All in all was not a bad experience for a nice product.

I am absolutely in love with my mellow comforter and pillow! I was having concerns based off of Reddit posts (FAKE), I contacted them originally requesting a refund, they assured me that it was simply a backorder issue, and that I would be so happy when my products arrive, and they were absolutely correct.
Product quality is there, and the customer service is beyond excellent. I can't wait to purchase more comfy items here! 💙

Can’t give it a negative so 1 star will have to do. I bought the double stuffed comforter and what a huge mistake. It started piling within 2 weeks. Contacted customer support and they said it was past the warranty time which was started when ordered and it took over a month to receive it. Washed it one time and the stitches came apart. By far the worst purchase I have ever made. I’d advise anyone to not waste their money on a very low quality product.

Beware! If any of the mellow sleep product works for you, great! Because if the product doesn't work for you which in my case it didn't (it gave me neck ache) and you want to return it, you will be charged for $15 return processing fee, and another $10 return shipping cost to return to them. And of course you also have already lost the $10 you paid to ship the product to you when you made the purchase. So, the total money you'd lose will be $15+10+10. That's how much they took from me just to return the shitty pillow. I wasn't the only one who had an issue with the pillow so, if i can save people some head/neck ache, money and frustration, avoid this company.

Horrible. I tried to wash my pillow (like I’ve done with every other pillow for sanitation purposes), and it ruined it. I reached out and they did NOTHING for me. Just a BS response and no effort to make it right. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and I plan on warning everyone.

Hubby and I sleep with ours every night I’ve heard no complaints from him and I’m loving not having to stack pillows! I think the kids are loving theirs as well as we’ve heard no complaints from them either

I ordered the sleep mask which was very soft but too large for my head. After using it two nights with it constantly slipping off, I decided to return it.
Mellowsleep's return policy is absolute trash. They charge a $15 return shipping fee AND will only give a partial refund.

This is the best pillow I have ever used. I used to wake up sore and with headaches every single day. With my new Mellow pillow, I sleep soundly and wake with no headaches! Thank you so much!
