Poor Availability and shipping

The products were awesome. The shipping and availability was not. It took forever to ship my items. And one of my items never even did ship. I had to cancel and get a refund. I got my refund on my card and was supposed to get $15 in Shop cash and only got $5

Awful.

Awful.. ordered over a month ago and have not received order, numerous emails to customer service and no reply back, i will be contacting credit card company to dispute payment. Shameful that this company cannot return an email and explain why I have not received my merchandise.

Husband bought one and bragged about…

Husband bought one and bragged about sleeping more comfortably. So I bought one, but the smaller. I liked it but felt I needed the bigger one. So I got two and then a 3rd one free. So now all of us have one. I definitely don’t flop around anymore during my sleep. I’ve also had good experiences with their customer service team. If I had questions, they answered and followed up. Overall 5-stars!

You will never receive your product

Been waiting for my comforter for over a month and have not received any updates on the status of my delivery. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times too and receive no response. Avoid at all cost!!

Placed two separate orders

Placed two separate orders. Received two tracking numbers so expecting two packages. I received one box. One pillow. NEVER received second package. According to their records both packages were delivered at the same time on the same day. The pictures only show the ONE box. When I tried calling the phone number listed for Mellow I was never able to get anyone to pick up the phone. Yes I called during their "business" hours. Couldn't find a email address for them. So now I'm screwed paying for something I never received. Pillow isn't that great either. My recommendation, NO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TERRIBLE. P.S. The only way I finally got a response from them is because I left a bad review on their website.

Missing one blanket

Missing one blanket. Have emailed about it multiple times with no response. Ordered it over a month ago. Received 3 of 4 blankets 2 weeks ago and still no response or replacement blanket sent even though I sent all the pictures of the shipment that were requested.

Don’t waste your time or your money.

Was so excited to try this since I heard people say it helped with their neck pain. It’s been over 3 weeks since I’ve order and there has been zero shipping updates. The people were nice enough to respond to my first 2 emails and told me it should be updated in 2 days; they said to email back if I didn’t receive an update. It’s been 5 days and it still hasn’t been updated. They stopped replying to my emails once I requested a cancellation and refund.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and paid for priority shipping. After a week I still did not have confirmation of shipping so I reached out to them and was sold the ship in 3-5 business days - it was already 5 business days. Then they said up to 10 days and they were sorry but they have a lot of orders.

If you can’t fill your orders don’t sell then.

Commented on a FB post. Received message asking for email and order number. Gave that to them and 36 hours later still nothing. Sent ANOTHER email this afternoon and still silent. Guess I have to start a dispute with my bank and BBB report. Can’t get refund either.

I wish there was a big 0 star so i could mark it. Product is not as the site describes, smells awfully and they will charge you $15 restocking fee less shipping and handling, and the refund amount of 48% of the original amount will take at least 10 days to be received. Please please please; read the review before ordering.

SCAM - never received product

Ordered King Comforter on 2 March. Received shipping notice on 10 March. 19 March reached out and was moved to "priority shipping." Company stopped responding after that. Sent cancellation notice 26 March. Still no response or product. Processing as fraud with our credit card company.

Silence when asking for refund

I should have read the comments on their facebook before purchasing. you can see how many people are waiting for a month for their order with no response. I have been asking for a refund on my order and now I have radio silence. terrible customer service. just keep delaying the order

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Do not buy from Mellow. I ordered 3 pillows and 3 pillowcases on 2/13/26 and the order was lost in transit for over a month. When they finally decided to resend my order… I only received 2 pillows. After sleeping on the new pillows we were very dissatisfied. The pillows are very firm and the shape is uncomfortable no matter how you try to position your head. The customer service is terrible and they are not very helpful or interested in doing the right thing. I paid $150. For items I didn’t even receive and what I did receive was awful. Most uncomfortable pillows we have ever tried. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The pillow is all I hoped it would be. Only 1 pillow came and then a couple days later the remainder were delivered. I wasn't notified that the shipments would be like that, but I received them.
