Plain stole my money and when I sent the 4th email I get a reply after I said I’ll go to the police and charge her with theft, the reply I received was you never paid. That’s it nothing else and when I sent a screenshot of the payment going from my account to sp mellypop now I’m ghosted total rip off I dug alittle deeper and find that the company has been permanently closed after being charged with misleading customers . If I don’t get a response that I’m happy with tonight I will go to the police tomorrow
UPDATE- I have received a refund no apology just a email stating I have been refunded so I’m glad for that

I ordered my costume on the 15/11 and have never revived any tracking information. It is now 5/12 and despite emailing several times, Facebook commenting/messaging and messaging her personal Instagram which she posts everyday on, she has ignored me. I spent $70, she also deleted the three other comments on her latest Facebook post complaining they hadn’t received their orders. I have reported her through consumer NZ and will be filing for a chargeback tomorrow and taking further action if necessary. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Mellypop.co.nz Melissa Spiller is a scammer. She took my money and didn't deliver the goods. Initially it looked Covid related but it's beyond that now and all contact has ceased. She's done it before to others. Don't order from this website.
