I purchase a custom style 2months ago on Melody tracks website. Made payment and i sent the YouTube link and proof of payment and order to them. They have not responded to my emails. On the WhatsApp customer service line. They first requested my order and said they will get back to me. Since then i have been sending daily msgs to please create my style and every once a week on a Friday. They send a WhatsApp i promise give me the weekend to create the style personally and will send you. I don't know what to do. The company advertises has leaders in style creations. But they have not provided me with what i purchased. I am begging them to send what i paid for.

Very professional team. Pleasure to do business with them. Timely delivered my requirements and also assist me to make it more visibility in my tracks. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for constructing the music track, record and mixing.

I am a frequent user of multiple apps on the internet where we purchase Karaoke videos for both Pakistani and Indian songs. Among all the apps we use, Melodytracks stands out in quality, and their customer service. I like their promotional offers. They are extremely prompt in responding to customer needs and the website for ordering and downloading is extremely efficient. Natasha from their team was very helpful this weekend and there are others as well who have resolved my issues but I don’t have their names to be mentioned. Over Melodytracks is a winner.
