Horrible service

Horrible service. I cancelled my appointment by replying to the email in time, which was the wrong mail adress (but never got a no reply notification). I texted with them the day of the appointment and offered to come later, or book another appointment but still they want me to pay the whole price of without any compromise. I would not recommend you to book any appointments with them!

Now they reported me to the Inkasso company. I tried to offer them several times before to pay but this company doesn’t even reply. Complaining to Konsumentverket is out. This is hilarious
