Wrong item was sent
Wrong item was sent - no response to multiple emails stuck with a completely wrong item. Ordered a women’s hoodie, got men’s shorts! And no customer service AT ALL. Do not recommend!!

Wrong item received and no response to resolve the issue
Received my order on the 29th of December. Despite emailing enquiries sales and then messaging via their website that I received a hoodie instead of the tracksuit bottoms I paid for, I'm yet to receive response. I still don't have what I've paid for or a refund or to be able to send the wrong item back. There's been no acknowledgement from the company and I still don't have what I've paid for as I write this.
