Booked hotel through GovX.com who uses…
SCAM! Memberdeals.com- booked hotel through GovX.com who uses memberdeals.com for hotel reservations. Hotel accomodations were not as advertised (room width was a sliver of a room the width of a king size bed) with a shower toilet combo... not what was advertised/ shown in the booking pictures. Paid for one night because it was too late to change hotels (checked in at 11:45pm at night) and have an email from the assistant General Manager that the remaining stay was refunded. This was provided to memberdeals.com as part of the refund process. Memberdeals will not reveal their partner and has responded that their partner has denied my claim for a refund of the nights that were refunded. Their partner is Expedia.com as noted on the registration notes of the hotel. Memberdeals.com through GovX.com has stolen $1,369.26 from me.
UPDATE! Hours after sibmitting this review I received a denial for my refund request. The response provided by memberdeals.com is false. This is now in dispute with my credit card company as I did not receive services paid for as noted by the email provided by the hotel stating they were issuing a refund.

It would be worth it if we were in charged a convenience fee by AMC in fact purchasing through AMC would’ve been a few dollars cheaper without that convenience fee.

Easiest car booking ever!
SO easy to use! The whole process to book a car with my military discount took under 5 minutes. Everything was smooth and clear. No confusion. Won't hesitate to do this again and the discount was phenomenal. Almost half of what I was quoted without my veterans discount.

The extra fees were not included until after I made my purchase. The deal was not better than the Hershey site. It was actually double the taxes and fees of the Hershey site!

I’m extremely disappointed with experience with Member Deals.
I purchased Broadway tickets for a birthday present and was given completely different tickets than once I had selected.
Once the payment was processed and the order confirmed, the system issued tickets for an entirely different location. I was placed in a row much further back and farther to edge of the theatre.
This feels like a bait and switch tactic. The product given to me was not the product promised at purchase.
I reached out via phone calls on July 2nd and July 7th, as well as emails sent on July 5th, 7th, and 8th with no resolution- just a run around that it would be looked into.

Went here to get a deal on the water park at American dream mall. We wanted tickets with an add on cabana. Could only get the tickets… no fast pass option or any other add ons and can’t add on anything on the official site without purchasing full price tickets!
