enbc8737 on Ebay willl eventually fool you!

For seller enbc8737 at Ebay.

I ordered items from seller enbc8737 several times over ebay. I actually liked them and they were cheap; bracelets, earrings, necklaces.

Then the first hick-up happened.
As I ordered quite a bit over time, I didn't mind 1 cheap item got lost over the post.

Then I ordered a larger quantity; it would be delivered in a larger package though a package service.
It was during the COVID period and I was at home.
But nothing got delivered.

The seller wrote I should check the local postal service, as the package was there. I did, but it wasn't there. Then they told me it was in the UK and I should contact the postal service there (I live in the Netherlands). I tried, but I'm not the customer, so they didn't reply to my questions. They told me the customer, to them, is enbc87 and I should contact enbc87.

Since then (over 4 months) they write me over and over again I should contact the post and I am a liar, as I won't cooperate. You must know I've been driving over 20 kilometers to contact the postal service in person. I've called the UK several times.

2 weeks ago I saw a consumer program on tv. They explained only the company who has asked for the services from a postal company can require info, not me, as an end-customer. And this is known by companies, but they try in some cases to blame the end-customer, like it was the case now.

So I wrote them, again, to get the issue resolved.
And yes, the tv program was right: they started all over again, trying to send me to the postal service, again, and make me call the UK, again. Telling me, again, I am not cooperative. They change info, again, each time to match my answers.

When things go right with this company, it's smooth sailing. But be aware! When things go south, you will never ever get things resolved with them. I even asked them to resend the items, but they don't reply to that.

So I've lost over 30 Euro's, as I can't make a case at Ebay, anymore, as too much time has passed. Clever seller, keeping me on a string so the time passes and I can't claim the money back.

I don't get it. They sell thousands of items and the reviews seem ok. But the few times you see bad reviews, I recognize the way they answer. It's exactely as they do with me. They customer is never right and you will get nowhere.

And I've read the same complaint from several buyers, so apparently it happens more often with them.
