It a scam!! Don't waste your time on it. I just got suspended and they claimed that I had violated their terms of service, which can include factors such as substantial reversals, duplicate accounts, or attempts to circumvent our systems in order to gain points dishonestly. What the hell, I have not log in for nearly a month so what is it that I could have done. I had used multiple (7) sites to earn money through answering surveys and nothing of such had ever happened. So I can say here is that the site is not sincere to payout our earning so they came out with such absurd reason to suspend us. Go to hell Grabpoints!!!

They suddenly suspended my account without any warning. They said that the country where I live no longer has an access to their website?!?! Because of this, I've wasted my time, my money (for the internet connection), and my points that I have not exchanged yet.

This site is garbage. They just sent me an email saying I have surveys to take & when I went to log in I get a message saying my account is suspended. I’ve only joined just recently & haven’t even taken all that many surveys so what the heck. I’ve answered all the surveys honestly & don’t have any blockers or anything like that on my phone. Listen to all the negative reviews & think before you join this scam of a site. Thankfully I hadn’t racked up that many points so I’m ok w/it. So many better survey sites out there. Do your research to find the best ones & leave this one out. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

GRABPOINTS is also a scam, like its sister ZOOMBUCKS and I have no doubt that the other two are too. I was making redemptions of 5 dollars without any problem and now TREY (from customer service) sends me a message to say that my last redemption is stopped because I have more accounts at home and I have already told him no, that I am the only person who uses these platforms. They should take a good look at who they have in customer service because coincidentally it's the same person who told me the same thing at ZOOMBUCKS, Trey doesn't verify that he's wrong and it affects users. He says that my account is under review and I have no doubt that they will deactivate it like they already did in ZOOMBUCKS. I will definitely stop using the 4 sister platforms (FreeCryptoRewards, GCLoot, Grabpoints AND Zoombucks) because they are SCAM.

Scam. Suspended after I redeemed my first gift card. Won’t give me my gift card and money I earned legitimately. Don’t use this website.

They are good at first they always pay out. After a while though they suspend your account for no reason and do not pay you what you earned. I was so disappointed. I took my time and answered honestly and they did not give me what I earned

I have received my rewards everytime i redeemed. Its excellent for me

Each time I get close to redeem my points, a large amount of points will be deducted without any reason, besides, it frequently happens that you will successfully finish a survey but the points will not be added. waste of time and effort.

wish i had kown about trust pilot before i signed up for grab points i have never even been qualified a survey in the week ive been signed up so im done with them

I have been doing surveys in Grab points for a few months earning quite a bit. When I requested payout, I was notified that my account was suspended because someone in my household also belonged to this site. I was requested to join the sister site called Zoombucks, which I did. Again all was fine till payout time! All of a sudden I had to do an I'd verification which I submitted more than five times only to get an email back stating that the verification was "blank" and therefore my I'd could not be verified. I tried sending the verification a few times more with no luck. Seems like I am loosingfor the second time... Not a very good image portrayed by Grab points and Zoombucks... Both sister sites have endless excuses when it is playtime.. shame on you guys!

My account was security check and i submitted my DL through vouched link. after few days latter while i requested for $50 and $50 payment request they close and suspended my account. Their customer service is tooo much poor. such as archie,trey and his admin. they scam. totally scam site. dont waste your time please.

Please I request to all people don't waste your time on this site. Points are not recieved after a 24 hours. I think this site is fulkied scamed. So please don't waste your precious tine🙏

i m very dissapointed, no any single serveys for us! we are from asian countries there saying no serveys available :(

Again Grabpoints witholding my earnings and yet have not reinstated my account. When I ask for details of their legal department they ignore me. Their administration doesn't 'accept' my ID. Yet I got email from them stating they had bug issue. But now they treat me like I'm a criminal. When I told them their ID verification faulty they don't offer alternative solutions. I asked they send my earnings and close my account . They refused to . Seriously.
