I purchased a presure washer in june 2020 and after numerous email in hope to receive my product and no responce from Pandoo i have come to realise this company is a big scam please do yourself a favour and dont purchase from this company

JUNK, Do not buy. The product was damaged was and was nowhere the quality advertised. REQUESTED A REFUND, but after two months got Email wanting photos. After that no reply. Did not honor warranty.

Don't ever use this company. $2 stuff is priced 10 times the cost. when you return the product on your cost you are fooled by paying extra from your pocket. Never recommend.

I ordered a water blaster from them 4 months ago. It never arrived. I emailed the support team every 2 weeks nothing but the same (where looking into your order . Rest assured your order is on its way) Bull manure. Do not deal with these people.

This may not technically be a scam but it might as well be.

The product just did not do what it was meant to, their returns process to initiate the return was tough, then yo have to fund the Courier costs back to China which I suspect most of the time makes people just bin the product and not bother, but not I, I thought I would return it and recover something so using their label instructions I carefully packed it and shipped it via courier.

That was approximately 5 weeks ago, today the package came back like a bad, very bad penny, the courier was unable to locate the address.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS FIRM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Lesson learned.

When the 3 items arrived I unpacked and could easily see they were shoddily put together. My 6 yr old grandson could put an airfix model together better than these. As another review has said couldn't cool a dolls house!! Hardly any power and water leaked everywhere!! So started the return process only to find the address in England wasnt "real" it is just a hub for parcels to arrive in England. So by the time they had deducted return postage and for me to return to China, around £46.00 i would nearly end up out of pocket. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!!!

If I could give no stars I definitely would. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. Another gift from China. Polaire Air Cooler would cool a doll house let a room in the house. They will only refund your money if you send it back to China. Another hunk of money. The video has these two American guys who were engineers who worked for a AC company and came up with this product. FALSE ADVERTISING TOTAL!!!

I ordered through an ad on YouTube so I never visited the actual website and only knew it was Pandoo from the email about shipment. Both Arctic Air units were incomplete in manufacturing and did not work properly. I went through the return process with the same results as other, ship to China which would cost more than the products were purchased for. Luckily, I used Paypal to pay for the purchase and upon speaking to a Paypal rep yesterday to file a complaint, it sounds like they had already pulled the plug on Pandoo and issued me a full refund and I don't have to return the products. Thank you Paypal!

I gave 1 star as there is no lower option.
The company sells poor products, nothing fits and they don’t care! My product cost £35. It would cost £27 to return. That is what they are hoping....no returns or if you do, they get to keep the product and most of your cash!
SCAM! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!

I don’t want to even give them even 1 star. Their mini Ac unit is such garbage. Bought 2 for my classroom but if they even worked they wouldn’t even be able to cool my desk drawer. One of them was broken and when I wanted to return it, they told me I had to pay for shipping which costs as much as the unit itself. Please stay away from these scammers.

I returned my item to the address shown on delivery notice well with in the 15 days plus, paid delivery and insurance. At first they wanted to offer me 30% of the refund, I reminded them it’s states full refund with in 15 days return. Now their saying I’ve returned to the wrong address explained only address showing on delivery was the one I returned it to.no address for China any where. Still waiting to here where I go next with this.

I purchased Polaire AC units from an youtube Ad, it look very legit, didn't realize that it would be coming from China and they would be sending Artic Air AC units instead of what i ordered, well one was damaged, and the other two leaked.
I immediately email the customer service on July 30th, they finally contacted me on August 11th, the products come from:
No.1 Pengxing Road, Luohu district,
518000 Shenzen City
This would be in China, when i stated that i ordered Polaire i was told Artic Air works the same as Polaire.
Now in order to get a refund on any product I need to ship my three units back to China, not sure if its worth the shipping cost since my refund is 168, and shipping is 357.
This is a total scam, as i contacted Polaire company and they have no record of my order.
The reason i know this is a scam is this is the return policy:

the site never stated products were coming from china.

this is a big scam, looks real but never get your purchace avoid at all costs , you tube condons this because they allow them to stay on there site. and continue to rip off subscribers.

Please dont order from them, it’s a scam. I’ve just lost 79 pounds, never received the toothbrush I ordered and the company are not responding to my emails 😭😭

This is a dishonest business, do not go near it!!

Pandooshop and Q-Twists is a SCAM.
They do not ship the product, they are un-contactable.
Avoid them at all costs and save your money
