Have had motor legal insurance policies with this company for several years but won’t be bothering them again. Twice in the period I have changed cars and notified them but they don’t acknowledge emails despite my trying several times. I wonder what their service is like if you have a real problem?
Terrible. I'm a little 'gobsmacked' how bad they are. I just wanted to ask one question before buying two policies. The man that answered the phone (which initially went through to a Tesco mobile), was incredibly abrupt and impolite. He then shouted at me that he cannot answer any questions and I will have to look online.
If this is what they are like pre-sale.... Then no thank you.
Not very good, they pass you off to someone else if your lucky, I doubt I will be using again after three years going back to insurance company. Struggled to get any details when needed
