Had to add £5 top to activate the new sim card

I'm giving them 4 stars, because they said they only provide PAC code for the single item listing and I bought mine from a bulk item listing, so I had to wait over a week for delivery and I had to top up £5 to activate the new sim card and then received the PAC code.

Hi Alex, please accept our apologies for the misunderstanding and that you had to leave this review.

We clearly mention the Mobile Network's terms and conditions on our website.

Your Sim card is brand new and never been activated with a top up, so that's why you had to top up £5 and activate the Sim card in order to acquire a PAC code.

Some Mobile Network's minimum top up amount is £10, when I bought my mobile number many years ago, I had to pay £10 top up to activate the sim card.

In regards to the single item listings, we already activated those Sim cards with a top up so that's why we can provide PAC code for those straightaway.

Also just to remind you, if you are keeping this number on Pay-as-you-go then you must use your Sim card within every 3 months by making an outgoing chargeable call, otherwise the network will switch the number off.

These are Mobile Network's terms and conditions which we all have to follow in order to keep the number active on the network.

Sent pac code same day

I purchased a special mobile number from because they had one i wanted, the price was fairly reasonable, but it said it takes over 5 working days for delivery. I contacted them to send me the pac code so they sent pac code same day in email.
