Messing up my schedule and calendar, CS dont bother
Many bugs. Calendar and reminder not appearing properly. All messed up. Asked for a refund within 7 days but customer service didnt care. Afrer 2 months of asking then they said that the refund should be done within first 14 days. While i asked since the first 7 days but they didnt even bother. Up until now, no refund, issues still not fixed too. Dont subscribe

I can see why you'd feel disappointed. An app that's meant to help you stay organized shouldn't leave you wondering whether your calendar entries and reminders will show up correctly.
I also want to reassure you that your requests have not been ignored. The issues you've reported are already with our engineering team, and they're actively working on them. We know that doesn't immediately fix the experience you've had, but I did want to make it clear that your reports have been heard and are being worked on.
Regarding the refund, I also checked your account before replying here. The two payments made on 9 April have already been refunded from our side.
We also decided not to cancel your plan. Your subscription is currently active until 2sept 2026 at no additional cost to you. We wanted to give you that extra time as a gesture of goodwill and compensation while we continue working through the issues you've raised, rather than leaving you with less time to use the service because of problems you experienced.
We know trust is earned, especially for an app that's supposed to remember things and keep your life organized. We still have work to do to regain that trust, and we're committed to continuing to work on your case and improving the experience.

Memorae has genuinely become my external brain. I send voice notes or quick texts on WhatsApp and it perfectly turns them into reminders, tasks, calendar events, and organized memories without any friction.
The memory feature is outstanding — it actually remembers context across days and gives me smart daily briefings. Calendar integration works flawlessly, and the proactive nudges have saved me multiple times.
What I love most is how it lives inside WhatsApp. No extra app, no learning curve — just natural conversation. It feels like having a highly competent personal assistant 24/7.

I signed up because I understood there…
I signed up because I understood there was a free trial and wanted to test the service before deciding whether to continue. However, from the beginning I experienced account access and management issues.
As soon as I realized there was a problem, I contacted customer support multiple times by email to request assistance and to make sure I would not be charged for a service I was unable to properly access or manage. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.
Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I was charged €120. I am still trying to obtain clarification regarding the charge and a refund in accordance with the company’s refund policy.
What has been most disappointing is not only the charge itself, but the complete lack of response from customer support despite several emails.
I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and I will update this review if the company responds and provides a satisfactory solution.

Just to quickly clarify, the free trial runs for seven days and if it isn’t cancelled before that, it automatically switches to a paid subscription. That’s why the charge may have gone through.
That said, if someone reaches out within the eligible time, we do support refunds and cancellations as per our policy, and we always try to handle it as smoothly and quickly as possible.
We also tried checking your account and any support requests with the details you shared here, but we couldn’t find a match in our system. It’s possible it might be linked to a different email or phone number, which is why we weren’t able to locate it.
We really don’t want you to feel stuck in this situation, so if you could please share your email address or phone number linked to the account at support@memorae.ai, we’ll personally take a look and get this resolved for you.
And once this is sorted, we’ll also make sure to extend your access with an additional 7 days of free trial on your plan, just so you don’t lose out on the experience.

Sadly it just doesn't work
I wanted so hard for this app to work. For 3 months, I worked with support trying to get this horrible system just to do what it says it will do - without success.
Every day reminders fail, or are so badly formatted as to be illegible. Correcting it each day is exhausting. On tasks the AI tells you it has definitely done a task, but when you check, it has not done it at all. You tell the AI, and it again tells you not to worry it has now definitely done the task this time . Check again. Nope still nothing. Repeat ad nauseum.
Meanwhile the developers just don't care and are busy marketing their latest whizzy idea while the basics are just laughable. I actually felt sorry for Pablo their customer service man having to deal with this piece of crap. Don't waste your money.
