Recently I visited with my husband memorial hospital for the first time, and want to say that it was a very nice experience for us. Very good hospital service, competent doctors and translators. I really can recommend memorial hospital for people who need medicine help!

After many years, I had finally decided to have a Rhinoplasty in Turkey and during my research on the Internet, I found Dr. Ömer Çelikal and the Memorial Clinic via "Qunomedical Germany".
An important aspect of my choice of doctor was to find a nasal specialist and I am delighted that my choice fell on Dr. Çelikal.
He explains things well and responds to the wishes of his patients, but always remains realistic (which is a good thing). I never had a bad feeling and trusted him completely.
Everything was perfectly organised:
Transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic and finally back to the airport (always in a very comfortable car), the medical check-ups the day before the surgery, the admission to the clinic and the surgery itself.
I was accompanied every step of the way by the very professional and charming Gülay, who was always at my side with her friendliness and almost perfect Italian.
I was well assisted and always had the feeling that I was in good and professional hands.
When you enter the clinic, the beautiful piano music in the hall makes you feel like you're in a chic hotel. Everything is spotlessly clean, new and very modern.
I was accommodated in a very large single room with my own bathroom and my partner was able to spend the night on the large and comfortable couch by my side and was also given a meal. The food was not bad.
The only two negative aspects I like to mention are a) most of the nursing staff do not speak English and it is therefore a bit difficult to interact with them. Luckily, however, they all knew the word 'painkiller' 😉
b) only one night in hospital is not enough (at least in my case, as I was very weak from the general anaesthetic and my face was extremely swollen the day after the surgery).
Nevertheless, it was a great experience that I would highly recommend and that I would repeat at any time.

I would start by saying that the Memorial Hospital is beautiful! It's an enormous and extremely clean facility, meticulously cared for in every detail. I have never seen a hospital like it anywhere else. The staff working there is very young and attentive to your every need. I chose the Memorial on a friend's recommendation and I would recommend it to everyone. I had a rhinoplasty there and, besides the stunning result, I was supported by an interpreter who I spoke to every day on the phone, Gülay, a fantastic and kind person with perfect organization! On July 25th, I had all the necessary examinations and the next day I had the surgery. The hospital room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the food was excellent! The nurses were professional and ready to meet my every need. A week after the surgery, I had the final check-up with the doctor and then I returned home. I recommend this place to everyone; they are truly excellent.

Ms. Menna was incredibly kind, honest, and went above and beyond her duties, even working beyond her scheduled hours to ensure that her patients were well taken care of.
She also had
knowledgeable on all the topics related to my examinations, and I highly recommend her.

Following the consultations, I received recommendations for further tests.
I was given the option to complete
these tests at the hospital, and I did it the next day. My experience was excellent

I have undergone a comprehensive examination and feel that I received the answers I was seeking. All the doctors have been outstanding and professional, as has my translator, Muhammet Alioğlu.

Muhammet was knowledgeable on all the topics related to my examinations, and I highly recommend him.

Following the consultations, I received recommendations for further tests. I was given the option to complete these tests at the hospital, but as I am from Norway, I can take these recommendations home and have the tests done free of charge.

My experience with the hospital stay for surgery was mixed. Before my trip to Turkey, the call center provided excellent service, listening carefully and taking care of all the details. However, once I arrived in Turkey, the situation changed drastically. The man from the call center who had been so helpful before the trip was nowhere to be found when I needed assistance. I was left waiting at the airport for nearly an hour for my transfer.

Furthermore, the contract promised a 5-star hotel, but the accommodation provided was far from it, with poor service all around. The call center representative continually made excuses and did nothing to resolve these issues.

In stark contrast, Yaren from the hospital was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, honest, and went above and beyond her duties, even working beyond her scheduled hours to ensure that her patients were well taken care of.

Therefore, while the medical staff at the hospital, especially Yaren, provided outstanding care, I would caution anyone dealing with the call center representatives.

I had tests done at this hospital and it was a great experience.

Waiting time is really short, the place is clean, the coordinator/facilitator is so professional, the doctor is really experianced.

Well taken care of. My condition was followed up closely and informed well of any tests needed and the result. Serviceminded, made sure I was comfortable at all times.

Everything was organised brilliantly, from transports from Airport to hotel and from the hotel to and from the hospital.

The hospital itself was a very modern and amazing facility with very compassionate and helpful translator staff, who fill you in on all details of your entire stay from the operation to the consultations and recovery process.

Would live to say thank you very much to my amazing translator, Songul Gumus. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with my procedure.

The surgery went amazingly and Dr. Mehmet Cicek was very helpful in making me understand every part of the operation before hand which was reassuring.

Everything about our trip from the initial contact with their team to the pick up at the airport, a wonderful translator, a medical team of different doctors who all listened and showed interest even down to the Big Chefs restaurant was excellent and we felt we got good professional care along with a friendly and attentive team of people.

I recently had a VIP check up at Memorial Hospital Bahçelievler with Songul as my interpreter (she was amazing 🤩). It was amazing to see several doctors from different specialties in one day while getting a better understanding of what’s going on with me health wise all the doctors that I met were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend this hospital and package for anyone that needs a more comprehensive check up from several specialties However i would suggest that the hospital schedule the final visit with internal medicine the following day. Several of my test were not available while visiting with Internal Medicine and could not be discussed. Follow up testing cost were high compared to what I would normally pay In the United States out of pocket. Overall, it was a great experience but could use some reorganizing.
