I would like to say how pleased I am with The Memorial Company. I took over the ownership of my Uncles' grave when the last of my Uncles recently died. As there had not been a headstone there I wanted to have one installed. The Memorial Company have done a wonderful job, all my Uncle's names are there and now they will not be forgotten. The headstone looks so nice and I would recommend The Memorial Company to anyone needing a memorial.

The stone I ordered for my late husband was delivered sooner than expected and is lovely. Jane at The Memorial Company was most helpful right from the start. I would certainly recommend this company. Thank you very much.

I would like to tell you about the first class service I received from the memorial company. From my first phone call Jane and Venetia was so caring compassionate and sympathetic to me after going through a difficult time losing both my parents in the space of 4 months, I had no idea and was nervous as I felt it was a big responsibility they gave me lots of advice, there prompt service was incredible from sending the brochure out to phone calls and approving the proof they were so thorough and wanted it to be perfect for us nothing was too much trouble, and the headstone is amazing, the quality is just so beautiful and delivery was much quicker than expected, thank you so much for making a difficult situation very easy.

I commissioned The Memorial Company to clean up and renovate 4 of my family gravestones in Birmingham City Cemetery. All of the stones were really dirty and sooty as they are 30-60 years old. The Memorial Company also inked in the fading lettering and they repaired the kerb stones on two of the graves. I have to say they did an absolutely superb job and I am completely delighted . The stones look as good as new. I can't praise them highly enough for the superlative job that they have done. It makes me so happy to see how fantastic the graves look now!

I can’t recommend the Memorial Company highly enough if you sadly find yourself in the position of having to organise a headstone for a loved one. The staff team couldn’t be more user friendly, sympathetic, empathetic and supportive. From taking the ‘order’, to dealing with the burial site (churchyard?), to removing (in our case) an existing headstone to add a new engraving, to re-instating the stone - and communicating all the was through the process, the team were thoughtful, helpful and efficient. The finished product is of the highest quality and we are delighted at the tribute this shows to our loved ones. Thank you, Memorial Company. Fantastic service.

Venetia and Jane at the Memorial Company were very caring and sympathetic, guiding us through the process and calmly explained what was required.
Phone calls and e mails were very useful to confirm what we were trying to achieve, and Jane always checked we were happy with what we were planning, and that it was possible to be done appropriately.

Our experience with the Memorial Company was extremely positive and I'd like to say a special thank you to Venetia, who was really patient throughout the process. We approached the Company to help with a Headstone for our late Dad. My Mum and I had an initial appointment with Venetia and she guided us through the process, answering all our questions. She was polite, helpful and showed great professionalism. As we wanted a slightly more bespoke design on the Headstone, there were quite a few phone calls and

Service was excellent. Staff very knowledgeable and very good at explaining what is available in a calm and sympathetic manner. The Headstone was produced exactly as ordered and fitted quicker than expected.They also take care of most of the paperwork to make the process less stressful. The price is also very competitive and lower than some others.
