Disappointing experience and hostile attitude to customers
While I was not the customer myself, based on the direct experience of a close family member who was a paying customer, I feel it is important to share this feedback. Communications with the owner of this company showed not only was there a substandard product sold but a severe lack of professionalism and a complete absence of sensitivity. The fact that genuine customers are accused of lying and met with threats of legal action simply for expressing their honest experience speaks volumes about how feedback is handled with this company.
