It is very difficult to unsuscribe

It is very difficult to unsuscribe, I've written several emails and cannot get rid of the app that is charging more than 13 dollars each week.

As far as I'm aware, our support team has been in contact with you regarding this matter, a refund has been issued, and you confirmed to our support team that everything was resolved. Nevertheless, if there are any remaining concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out - we're here to help.

For future reference, I'd like to clarify that you can easily manage or cancel your subscription using either of the following methods.

For iOS Users:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad → Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top) → Select Subscriptions → Find the app and tap Cancel Subscription.

Within the memoryOS App:
Log into the app using the email linked to your subscription → Go to the Profile section and tap on your Current Plan → Tap Change Plan → Cancel Subscription.

We understand this process can sometimes be confusing, and we're always happy to guide you through it. We truly value your feedback and are committed to making your experience better.

Loving it

Loving it. Jonas is relatable, funny and a great non-judgemental memory coach. He makes this fun. And the fact that this is not AI, that it is a real persontaking time to share his secrets makes this valuable and valued.

I enjoyed the interaction with Jonas

I enjoyed the interaction with Jonas, the method is good and simple.
I found word association hard because I am dyslexic. I will enroll again later when I am not so stressed about personal matters.
