don’t order. they keep ignoring me after weeks for an refund. they told me that i will get refunded and just needed to send the receipt. i sent like 10mails. No answers. even on paypal. nice memory pc. they will probably answer this but they won’t text me on mail lol. 500654

Received my gaming PC the 27th avril 2023 in perfect condition. Working as intented with great cable management. I recommend.

Less than 2 weeks between thé order and thé delivery in my country , belgium.
Good packaging , and thé pc is working very well. Câble management IS good too.

I am very happy with my purchase. Memory-PC offer competitive prices, great customer service and fast delivery. I shall use them again.

The PC was built and shipped fairly quickly with enough shipping protection. The build quality is good, though screws might be a bit too tight. Everything is plugged in correctly, even the M.2 SSD is in the correct slot (the one connected to the CPU, not the chipset). Cable management is better than expected.

I couldn't choose the GPU manufacturer while selecting parts, but it ended up being ASRock (Phantom Gaming). I would recommend future customers to select their favorite brands for memory sticks however, to avoid taking the risk of receiving no-name ones.

Since my case requires a USB 3.2 Gen 2 header I would have liked a warning that the motherboard I selected didn't have one, but this is partially my fault.

Being able to select and add extra fans would also have been nice.

On fan was turned 90 degrees which made the RGB not synced with the other fans, but I don't know if it's because of the case itself (they were pre-installed) or if it was removed then reinstalled. Similarly, the tempered glass side-panel is slightly bent (not visible unless removed).

I also noticed two issues with the website:
- My order history only shows my past orders if I select french as the website's language. It got me confused and I originally thought the history was either manually cleared or expired after only 6 weeks.
- There's a mismatch between the total price displayed on the part selection page and the one displayed in shopping cart. After confirming the changes on the part selection page, the total price somehow increases.

However any of this isn't the reason why I'm giving only two stars. The issue I'm having is that some spare parts and accessories that according to their FAQ should have been included in the shipping weren't included. I'm notably missing the CPU socket cover (good to have to prevent any damage on the motherboard if I need to remove the CPU at some point) and PCIe slot covers. More importantly, the cooler brackets which are necessary if I decide to reuse it on a AM4 board in the future for example, are also missing. Same for the two extra fan clips, which are normally used to mount a second fan. Not only those are elements I technically bought, not having them also makes reselling parts in the future difficult. I obviously didn't count all screws but I wouldn't be surprised if some other small parts were omitted. Boxes and documentation are typically not handed over by OEMs since they don't often possess them to begin with, accessories however should be.

I already contacted the support, but they don't seem to be willing to do anything about it, again despite their FAQ stating accessories are included, replying I bought a system, not individual parts. They basically can arbitrarily decide to include some (PSU cables, case fans...) but not others, and there's no disclamer saying so. This isn't good practice and is the reason for the two stars, since it's hindering my ability to sell or modify my system. Eventually I might have to use PayPal buyer protection.

Update after their reply (-1 star):
You're saying you generally don't have all the accessories that are normally included in the boxes when brought through a retail channel.

To install the "be quiet! PURE ROCK 2 FX" on my system you had to use LGA 1700 brackets. On your website, you're allowing this cooler to be installed on an AM4 board. The LGA 1700 brackets, screws, and standoff that were used match the ones that are normally included when buying this cooler, so logically you also use the AM4 brackets they provide. Where are they? The same can be asked about the fan clips, same shape and color; where's the second pair? Feel free to refer to their documentation.

I contacted be quiet! and we shall see if OEM keeping accessories from themselves is common practice. Please understand that buying those can be quite costly for a customer.

You said you're in no obligation to include accessories. Are elements necessary to mount components accessories? Are elements not strictly necessary to run the system such as the side panel accessories? Where's the line and who draws it? You're also contradicting your FAQ.

Please also refer to any motherboard's documentation. The socket cover isn't a piece that's supposed to be discarded. Quoting Gigabyte:
"Always replace the plastic protective cover when the CPU is not installed to protect the CPU socket."
Considering how fragile sockets can be, that the cover is only mechanically removed when a CPU is installed, there's no way the boards you buy in bulk don't have them.

The two PCI slot covers you removed and I guess discarded may only cost 1€ piece on be quiet!'s shop, but I shouldn't have to buy them.

From a practical standpoint, I understand why boxes aren't included.

Update: Seems like their PR guy is more active here than their actual support.

I'm done, I opened the pc the CPU power supply does not hold, I try to turn on the pc, the screen works halfway before suddenly turning off, after having put the pc on the floor, this one turns on with the error message CPU overheating, cooler s not attached, opening bios, it is at 100 celsus. Working 10 minutes, lagging as hell and shutting down 15 minutes later. No livechat, no number. I cry tears of anger. Im actually done.

ÉDIT : Un pc de remplacement a bien était renvoyé plutôt rapidement, il marche niquel.

I have a problem on my PC 2 days after receiving it.
Still no update from them even after few calls /mails.
3 mails -> 0 response
1 call -> 1 response that ask me to send a mail
2 mails -> 0 response
2 calls -> 0 response
Still no answer from them ...

I received my PC, very well packaged and protected. It's been 2 weeks now and the PC is working fine. The only small negative point is the delivery, they were late but Memory PC reacted quickly by sending me an email to apologize for the delay and to tell me that they were going to take care of my PC first. After this email, they actually took care of my order quickly. So I put 4 stars but if I could I would rather put 4.5 / 5 stars. Despite the small delay, I remain very satisfied. Thank you MemoryPC!

I have ordered from them a 1600€ custom PC with Windows pre installed: it arrived as scheduled in perfect conditions.
The only thing missing was the Windows product key, but I received it a couple of hours after asking the customer service.
