Great price. Easy and quick delivery.

Impossible to contact. We wanted to return 2 pairs of gloves and the instruction on the website is to contact the company before you return. We have done this 3 times, but no one gets back to you. An uncharitable person might say that this makes it harder for customers to comply with their return conditions, and means that products aren't returned in time to get a refund. We won't be using again, unless we hear from them very soon.

Great price, fast delivery, excellent communication

Great service. Item arrived quickly and in good condition. I was very happy to discover that the masks in the box were all individually sealed. We are travelling soon and with the flu going around, I thought masks would be a good idea.

Very quick and reliable service

My money was taken, the order has been processing, and then canceled, because they partner with some one-man company, which did the same - took my money, waited days, and then they canceled my order, because at a third business, I've demanded proper packaging of health product - face masks, not folded almost in half and literally damaging 50% the masks they sell you at a premium, while cramping in boxes smaller than the dimension of one the masks to save pennies from their shipping costs!

This is only the Second time I have used Mendip Safety Supplies but on both occassions I have not encountered any problems. The description (Expiry dates and Lot Numbers correspond exactly) and the quality of the 3M masks are spot on and the delivery was quick and arrived as promised (even through the bad weather). I could not find any fault with this supplier.
