I orderd the 12 week program (to try…
I orderd the 12 week program (to try for 26€) after that you get lot of offers, i pushed the lifetime button but i never wanted to order that, it costed me 84€ in a blink.
Tried costumer help desk, they can not give a refund.
I allready contact you, indeed, no refund because of ‘clearly oulined’ in the ‘policy’ but normally i have to double tap to agree a payment with apple pay side button, now i dit not. Also, a lot of text in black/yellow and not verry clear to tap ‘i don’t want’ at you’re site. I accidently tapped the lifetime button and lost 84€ straight away. The site/plan is build to lure you in.
