The company has developed this supplement specifically for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, using the expertise from Dr Unsworth, along with nutrition experts, to provide the key elements women need, without the additional and unnecessary ingredients found in may other supplements on the market. The focus of the company is to enable women to support themselves through their menopause transition and 'feel fantastic through menopause'! Dr Susanna Unsworth founded a private online menopause clinic called Cambridge Women's Health, alongside her NHS menopause work. She found many women asking for advice about supplements but that many of the products available contained multiple unnecessary ingredients, often in lower quantities than were needed to actually be helpful. Dr Unsworth designed Meno8 to include the key ingredients she recommends, in a one-a-day formula to simplify things for women experiencing menopause.

Just 1 capsule instead of mix and match
Easy ordering and quick delivery. I have been buying lots of different vitamins and supplements to help with night sweats, but this really works and it's all in just 1 capsule.

One little tablet with so many benefits!
Was recommended Meno8 by my NHS HRT Nurse. Been using for over a year and it’s made such a difference, the most notable for me has been that I no longer suffer with hot flushes. Would 100% recommend.

Due to adverse reactions to HRT
Due to adverse reactions to HRT, and after consultation with Susanna Unsworth, I have been taking Meno8 on and off, for more than a year, and every time I stop, the hot sweats and my mood gets worse. After just 3 months, I tried menopace plus from Holland and Barrett’s when I took a break from meno8 to make sure it was meno8 that was making me feel a lot better in myself. However, I didn’t feel any benefit at all from menopaceplus. I also tried isoflavens which supposed to improve menapause symptoms but again had a reaction to it and felt very nauseous. My partner told me that I seemed a lot better while taking Meno8. I have since continued to use Meno8 and am now feeling the benefits again so will continue to order. Especially during the summer to minimise the verocity and frequency of hot sweats, which is so uncomfortable when it’s really hot anyway.

A supplement that really makes a difference
I have been taking this supplement for a couple of years now and it was recommended by my menopause nurse.
I do feel it has made a significant difference to my general well being. My hair and nails are still as strong as ever. I have good energy levels and do not get any hot flushes. I stopped the supplement for around a month just to see how I would feel and I wasn’t feeling fab. I restarted it and things have improved again.
Communication with Susanna has been great too when I had questions about the supplement ingredients. I definitely recommend this product

This is a great product with a mixture of natural ingredients to help the symptoms of the Menapause.
It’s lovely also to support the Dr who provides this.
She is super knowledgeable and helpful too.

A great product to take in perimenopause
This is a great product because it contains all the supplements I need in perimenopause, including a natural phytoestrogen, in one easy to swallow tablet. It’s easy to order online and service is always quick.

The perfect supplement…..
I’ve been regularly buying Meno8 for a few years now, direct from Susanna Unsworth, the creator. I’ve found the supplement to be very beneficial in reducing my peri/menopause symptoms and I don’t take any other supplements or even HRT. I highly recommend this product as it’s definitely helping me.

Fantastic
I have been using Meno8 for a few months and feel they have helped me a lot . I have hardly noticed and hot flushes so far . Am using these alongside HRT as that works best for me , have recommended to a few friends also .
Love they have all the vitamins and nutrients in one capsule. I now just need to remember to take one a day , with my memory the way it is 🤭
