I ordered. They confirmed instantly. Price was fair. No shipping charge. At my door in two days. What more could I ask for?

I ordered 5 or 6 items, and when I placed the order the website indicated that they were all in stock. A day or two later I received an email that 2 items were on backorder, and that the complete order would not ship until all the items were in stock. Normally, that would have been fine, but I was traveling out of the country, and needed delivery when it was originally promised. It was doubly frustrating when I sent an email with no response received. Overall, it felt a bit like a bait and switch as had I known up front that some items were on backorder I would have gone to another site to be sure I received delivery when I needed it.

I order alot of things online a have accustomed to expect delivery in a timely fashion.
Most of the time 4 or 5 days is normal. These guys had my order in the mail box in 2 days. Fantastic. Will be using them again soon.

This was a great place to order my husband's birthday gift. Fast shipping, friendly service, excellent pricing and high quality goods. Will definitely keep this on my e-commerce short list.

Great product at a great price

I had a fairly cheap order ($35) and was not charged for shipping and handling. The website said I could expect the order to be delivered in 5-10 business days and I assumed it would be closer to the 10 side because of lack of shipping fees. My order was delivered less than 72 hours later (ordered Monday evening, delivered Thursday morning). I was pleasantly and glad I chose to order through Men's Direct.

This is a great razor. Very well made and durable. Shaves close. I really liked buying from Men's Direct. Their service was fast and shipping was free. They have a large catalog of shaving accessories. I hope to buy from them again.

I received two shaving brushes Edwin Jagger tortoise Best Badger and Parker Silvertip in Chrome. The packaging of the EJ was somewhat damaged (as tho had been returned once or twice) and I was disappointed to discover that the Parker had a dent in the mirror on the bottom of the brush.

That being said, I did get a good deal and free shipping. But will think twice before ordering since I don't much care for damaged products.

Bought a Razor here and was Very happy with it. Would buy from again.

I've made more than a few purchases from Mens Direct and have found them to be prompt and professional. There are plenty of other merchants that carry various products offered by them but In all you'll find them the best value. Highly recommended.

I've been wet shaving for almost 35 years. Most of my shaves have been aerosol creams and disposable blades. I had at one time tried a shave brush that attached to a cream, then went to a more traditional brush but it was the kind you find at Walgreens or CVS. I was tired of the cake soap & picking hairs off my face from the brush. So now were using Proraso red & green and a very nice Edwin Jagger brush. Would love to find a DE razor that does a better job then the generic one I purchased from a local beauty supply shop.
