Very different experience than expected

This review reflects my personal experience as a paying member.

I joined mensgroup.com after resonating strongly with Sean Galla’s public videos, which came across as welcoming and approachable. Upon joining, I entered the welcome page where Sean Galla personally greeted me. Immediately following that welcome, his post stated in all capital letters: DO NOT CONTACT ME DIRECTLY. I WILL NOT ANSWER YOU!!!

For me, that felt like a sharp contrast—being welcomed into the group while simultaneously being told not to reach out. This was very different from the tone presented in the videos. When I later asked how to cancel or disconnect, I wasn’t clearly guided on how to do so.

There were two pricing options available, and I believe I selected the higher-priced option by mistake. Sean Galla provided proof to Charles Schwab, and the dispute was resolved in his favor, which I accept as my responsibility. After that, my access to the group was removed, even though I had previously asked how to cancel.

This may be a good fit for others, but it wasn’t for me. I’m sharing this simply to honestly reflect my experience and use my voice.
