My son came to me expressing interest in a couple new suits as a Christmas gift, with the suggestion of buying them from Tweed. After placing the order in with the company, there was constant contact and full explanations of of what was needed from us to be able to get the perfect suits made for my son. The company is very professional and easy to work with and the suits fit perfectly and are absolutely beautiful!! Thank you Tweed!!!!

Ordered a couple of suits for my wedding to try on. Unfortunately one was out of stock, but Zak contacted me quickly to let me know. The other suit arrived in two sizes to try and was excellent quality. I needed to try another pair of trousers, but Zak was really good about sending them through free and patiently waiting for me to get it sorted and return it. Excellent service all round - l absolutely recommend.

Quick service! Well packaged, contacted when delivery date changed overall very impressed with service and the suit!

The tweed suits are not tweed. I ordered two suits and when they arrived they looked nothing like the pictures and they were both Polyester. One of them didn't even have any wool in it! For that reason the suits weren't even tried on due to their cheap quality.
However it has taken me quite a few emails to get a refund. Steer well clear of this company!!

I ordered a tweed 3 piece suit which arrived quickly. It’s a gorgeous suit, really good quality and the trousers and waistcoat were a great fit (I am a woman and it was my first time trying a man’s suit). Unfortunately the jacket was too long in the body for me (and too masculine for me).

I contacted the company to ask if I could have a refund on the jacket only - as it was bought as a 3 piece suit, I wasn’t sure. I had a quick reply to say no problem, so returned the item and within a couple of days received a refund.

I ordered a suit initially and was shocked at the speed of delivery to the US. Even with the tailoring process my suit was ready to wear sooner than some of the larger US brands would have even had it delivered. I was so pleased that I returned to the site and ordered a pair of shoes and a tie to match. Shipping was delayed with the Queen's funeral, but overall a great experience.

It was awesome and perfect. The quality is top notch and the customer service is also really good! Shipping to Norway was no problem!

I have just had the worse time with tweed suits refusing to refund me i tried the suit on but then came back sent it back he said die to body after shave which i wear Christian Dior anything i out on will get the odour on it it’s 500 a bottle aftershave i want my money back so sick of this hidden crime these small time retailers go on with its Criminal Zak te manager was so rude that i wanted to get on a train and deal with this face to face i’m going to take out a claim against them under the trading standards law act 1979

Nice selection of suits wasn't sure about ordering on the site. Took the plunge and I had an issue ordering and ended calling and spoke to the staff.

Had a helpful resolution to the issue and took my order on the phone with the benefits of ordering online.

Expected 3-5 day delivery, ordered on Friday and received my suit on Saturday free delivery from DPD.

Will definitely recommend based on my experience and would order again.
