Asked fir 1 day delivery as had a wedding next day they turned up two days later when I was out at a wedding no good at all

Trousers to long and ripped on left pocket

Although it didn't come the day it was supposed to when it arrived it was very good quality

Hi I asked if they did trousers with 3” long leg. They replied yes. I ordered a suit yesterday and put it in instructions for 34” long leg, then in my instructions it said I hadn’t. I emailed them and pm them 5 times with no answer. Had email saying suit going to be delivered today. Still not been contacted. BET THE TROUSERS ARE TO SHORT????????

The suit worked out great! Very happy with how it looks. The pants need to be tailored as they are too long but otherwise it's ok. I live in the US so I was a little nervous about making this order but everything turned out ok. My one complaint is that there was no way to track the shipment. The website said there is a way but you actually have to call in to get any information. No way to track online.

Overall the product is great! Customer service was ok.

Easy ordering online. Kept up to date. Fast delivery. My son is very happy with his new suit.

Shocking customer service. Originally I was really impressed with this company. Great quality suit and when I needed an axchange it was done with no quibble and very quickly with a follow up courtesy phone call. Brilliant. Then DPD messed up the delivery, they returned the suit to the store and no-one has responded to me since. They have my money and the suit and are not responding to any messages or answering their phone. They are still updating their facebook page and facebook messages show as seen but no responses. At this point my son has no suit for prom and without a refund, I don't have the capacity to buy him one!

We recently ordered a suit for my sons prom. We were a bit worried about ordering offline but he'd set his heart on it so we took a chance. I'm so glad we did. The whole process was 5*. Ordered suit and it came extremely promptly but as I wasnt happy with the quality I wanted to return the suit and have spent 1 whole day trying to phone with no-one answering... I have sent emails and no reply... Absolutely disgusted that I can't even send the suit back as the post office won't accept the returns address as it doesn't state the correct address for a tracked return... Absolutely disgusted in this company that boasts it's the Best Tweed Suit company in the UK and been going for 20 years... I DO NOT KNOW HOW...!!!! SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE & SERVICES... DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF QUALITY AND SIZES......... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED CUSTOMER HERE FROM SCOTLAND.

Quick, efficient, accurate. Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Tuesday. I’m a big guy and was worried the suit wouldn’t be big enough but it was fine. The one point to mark down on was the delivery condition as the shoe box was battered and it all looked like it’d been thrown around a bit, but I guess that’s DPDs fault. Overall, great stuff.
