I had the pleasure of being matched with Melissa Stone for my Mentor Her 6-week programme recently and although there are so many words I can think of to describe the experience of working with the incredible tour de force that is Melissa, the one that feels like the best fit for me is "transformational". Going into the programme, I assumed that this might be an exercise in doing a skills & experience audit to see what role I should target next. What it ended up being was far deeper than that, a complete introspection so I could understand not just what was driving me but why, and how to use this information to transform my approach to my career and address challenges such as my inclination toward imposter syndrome, something that had held me back over the years. Each week I looked forward to completing the activities between sessions and then seeing what new learnings they unlocked during my mentoring session. I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and don't recommend strongly but I have also booked a friend onto the next 6-week Mentor Her session as the initiative is phenomenal. Melissa was incredible to work with and I have no doubt that I will work with her again in the future when I have career queries or need further mentoring as I felt that she really got me.

The programme itself represents exceptional value for money, a really good investment in your career. Although I didn't take up on the opportunity to join the weekly networking calls due to scheduling conflicts on my side, it was great having them as an option and the Whatsapp group was good too.

Fantastic communication throughout and opportunities to engage. I felt supported as a mentor and worked with a wonderfully engaged mentee. This is a fantastic programme and I hope more women sign up.

I've been a mentor for Mentor Her for some time. As a women leader, its important we support each other & enable others to succeed. After all its difficult to be what you don't see! This mentorship program is structured which creates a framework to start from as well as building a community of like minded individuals and space spaces where we can engage & learn . Regardless of your stage in life or age as a women you deserve the support and encouragement to be the best you can be. Would highly recommend this program to others that may be considering it either as a Mentee or Mentor.

Mentor Her Global is a fantastic project supporting women on their business journey's.

Highly recommended for both Mentee's and Mentors alike to be apart of such a positive community.

Very professional and great value for money.

I've been a mentor on this programme 4 times and a mentee once as well. I've met some great people on it, learnt loads and hopefully helped others through a mixture of mentoring and coaching! I like the way it is structured and would recommend it.
