An absolute fraud

An absolute fraud.
Saw your advertisements all over my workplace. i used the app for the 1st time tonight. I waited for more than 2h and had no option but to call the restaurant directly, they never received my order!
Basically you just charged me for nothing.

Dear Sasan,
Sorry for the inconvenience. You have ordered through our TAKEOUT partner and they have unfortunately closed their service on New Years eve. Unfortunately this is not visible when you go through our MenuCard app. The result is that your order never went through to the restaurant.
We have redeemed your purchase today and offered you a compensation so you hopefully can try once more and get a better experience.
Kind regards,
Kim Lykke Sommer, CEO MenuCard
