Femke was very rude to me today at the…

Femke was very rude to me today at the boarding for easy jet at Schiphol Amsterdam. I asked to speak to the manager and she lied that she's the manager. She refused to give her second name. She charged me extra for the suitcaae that I already paid for via the airline. She also didn't give me the full invoice. Please improve the customer service.

This company desperately needs to train it's staff in customer service

90% 1 star reviews should tell you everything you need to know. This is possibly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I left my phone on a flight that landed at Luton airport. The staff were nowhere to be seen at the airport, so I was given the 'customer service' number to call. I use the words 'customer service' lightly. Not only did they claim lost property on an aircraft had nothing to do with them, subsequently, passing me back to the airline. But every representative I've spoken to has had a couldn't care less attitude and not one has shown any understanding, empathy or willingness to help with finding my phone. I do hope if you ever need help, you don't find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to rely on this company. That is if you can get through to them in the first place of course. I'm appalled they are allowed to carry on operating.

As a disabled (albeit mildly) flyer

As a disabled (albeit mildly) flyer, I am unable to wear a mask at all, and I have a letter from my doctor to state that, after contacting the airline I was flying with I was of course granted permission to fly. I turned up to LHR to fly with everything in place to take the flight, the gate staff were shouting at me unprofessionally and rude to put a mask on, I held up my letter and started to tell them why when she announced that she was offloading me from the flight. It was only after a witness come forward to defend me I got their names off their badges and was about to call security about their aggressiveness their demeanour changed and they allowed me to board the flight, I contacted the airline with a request that they give a different handling agent the contract.

Perth Menzies Aviation - worst passenger service for lost luggage

Perth Menzies Aviation: Worst Ground services ever seen, globally! Our luggage did not arrive at our destination in Perth. That can happen and happened to me several times. This time even though the connecting flights were comfortably timed and we enjoyed business class tickets. Ok, I thought usually the ground services help super fast and friendly… well, this is not how Menzies in Perth is operating.
First of all, - nobody at the service counter. Just a sign to leave a filled paper form on the desk and an email adresse… looking at the desk… full with filled forms and around the counter tons of luggage… not a soothing feeling but we still had hope. We filled a form, sent an email, even tried to call the ground service rep from the website. Now, 4 days into the process - unbelievable nobody even responded. We have not even received a confirmation that the inquiry form was received. The contacts on the website do not answer the phone, the airlines are pointing to the ground service and we are sitting here with no response at all.
I have to say this is by far the absolutely worst ground service I have ever experienced, globally. I am very afraid that they are going to ruin our holidays.

Terrible customer service

I’ve been in almost daily contact with Menzies in Melbourne, where my bag has been for 6 weeks. I received an email saying it was there, my AirTag shows its location, but they do not respond at all. I’m so disgusted.

Lost baggage on flight from Melbourne…MenziesBaggage service is a total disgrace

Lost baggage on flight from Melbourne to Auckland on 4 Feb. It is now the 8th. There were 2 bags lost. One showed up yesterday after a call the night before from them to say they had found my bags. Only one was delivered the following day. I tried to ring Menzies on the phone number provided. They don't answer the phone and their message box is full, so you can't even leave a message. Itried Qantas phone number and have gotten nothing but the run around. How are these people allowed to be in business???? They are both a disgrace.

Awful

They have a good protocol for finding your luggage, but it is obvious that they have a big lack of workers.
Staff were okay and helpful but it was visible they could not really do more because of this reason.
After two weeks of waiting for my luggage, when it was supposed to be 3 days, they finally called me. I could not pick up the phone so they left a voice message in which you could hardly understand what were they saying because of the noise, but it was about my luggage arriving to Sydeny's airport finally. They never called me back again an dI could not contact them. After this I waited for one week for my luggage to be delivered since they got my address but did not arrive. They never pick up the phone ( + full voicemail) and they don't answer to emails. In the end I had to do a two hour journey from Newcastle to Sydney to go and get my luggage personally, when they were supossed to had delivered to my place. It was second time I had to go to Sydney's airport because of this issue (first time it was because I needed to comunicate with them as well but couldn't do it, of course).

No baggage, quick resolution

Baggage did not appear on conveyor belt at Glasgow Airport, so went to speak to Menzies. They were incredibly helpful, told me which flight my bags had ended up on, and arranged for it to be delivered that day.

Lost luggage customer service

Qatar airlines mentioned that they have delivered my lost luggage on January 8th. However Menzies aviation are not answering either phone calls or email response for lost luggage. I guess Menzies aviation are so busy or might be careless for their customers. Poor services and poor communication.

The worse experience of my life

The worse experience of my life, menzies representative at oslo Airport Norway today were so rude and arrogant. Ryan Air broke my baby's push chair and menzies at the airport wont even listen to me or my husband. Menzies should hire respectable people not arrogant. Menzies should shut down, arrogant staff ever, zero stars

Worst company

No information, no way to contact the company regarding delayed baggage from Toronto.
Webbpage doesn't work. E-mail doesn't work.After 2 hours in Telephone waiting I finally talked to someone who just told me he couldn't see that they had done anything about the delayed baggage.

Despite numerous attempts at calling…

Despite numerous attempts at calling and emailing Menzies Aviation do not appear willing or capable of engaging over our lost luggage. Appalling service which makes you wonder how they stay in business!!
NO EDUCATED people in there. not willing to help. most disgusting conversation I have in my life.
nowhere to file a complaint and staff is good to making customer angry and make fun of it.

Horrendous

Absolutely appalling we arrived in Auckland 14th Dec told our bags would be here by 16th, one of these bags have my children’s Christmas presents in it. It’s now Christmas Eve still no bags (10 days later) we have called daily and sent tons of emails. Not one person has had decency to contact us to let us know what is going on. I would never use an airline that uses this company again.
I am so upset we still have not got our bags and my kids won’t have their presents.. who knows when we will see our stuff 😣

Denied boarding

Denied boarding on a Nouvelair flight to Tunisia saying Indian citizens cannot travel without a visa to Tunisia. Traveldoc and Tunisian embassy says that Indians can go to Tunisia without visa for tourism purposes provided they have a hotel booking and a return flight ticket. They don't care even if we show them these and we were sent back home. Lost 4k. Just a rip off and they dont bother...Avoid

Mismanagement !!! and total disrespect.

Flew in to Auckland on the 27th Nov but my bags didnt make it. The baggage area was full of bags scattered everywhere. How is this not a security or a health concern at the airport.? Its day 5 and still no bags. I do seriously hope the airport authorities look into the bad management of Menzies. The Directors should be liable for this mismanagement. I have traveled extensively since travel resume and this is the worse I have seen. I need my bags pls .

Unable to contact!!! My dads dying!

Unable to contact!!!

Keep calling them everyday in 4 consecutive days and cannot go in the line. Always says "calls cannot be recorded" then call ended.

I left a message many times to ask them to call me back, no callback! I emailed them, no reply!

My dad prescribed medicine for his Parkinsons disease is on a mishandled baggage. He's not taking his meds for days and we are seriously worried now. We dont know the status of the luggage cause we cannot contact Menzies.
