the product finally arrived, you have to be patient!! They dont respect the shipping times, but do not cancel the order or ask for a refund. Is a super low cost online shop, what do you expect? I love what I bought and I would buy again.

Horrible experience with MENZZO! I wouldn’t recommend it to my anybody. I bought a lamp valued in 200€ and I paid 40€ aprox. For de delivery. Even with that, I wait for longer than 3 months to receive it. When I received it, the lamp was not working.
When I tried to contact them trying to get a solution, they took ages to answer my emails and when they did, they only gave me one solution. Get an electrician to fix it and they would give me 35€ refund. I had no choice but accept it but after 2 months I still have not received the refund. Thank god the lamp was fixed by the electrician but if it was the case of being broken, they would never ever send a new one. I never had such a bad experience buying on the internet to be honest. They just don’t take responsibility of their products and the whole process. HORRIBLE!!

SCAM, 3 months waiting and no answer nor delivery of the desk.

Ordered 30 th April2024 and as of today 25 June 2024 I have had no delivery of tables . Many emails been sent but they only replied to three and it went from let me get back to you as they have sent out for delivery , no stock ask for refund and here I am no tables and no refund . Take days / weeks to respond and can only contact by email which is suspicious in itself . Please avoid !

Horrible.

Ordered a chair March 27th - it is now April 26th and it never arrived.

Customer service barely responds, takes them 5 days or so. When they do, they promise to check on the item and get back to you the next day - BUT THEY DO NOT.

I’ve sent two emails asking for a refund and no reply.

I have ordered in October 23, goods have not arrived. 2 weeks ago I was told that goods cannot be shipped. Still waiting for my money. Really bad!

Avoid this website. They take your money and never deliver the goods or return the money.
The "customer support" is incompetent, unmotivated and, based on the value of the emails they send, can be replaced by monkey.
Save your money and mood by not buying anything from this scam operation.

He pedido muebles para mi nuevo piso. Nunca he recibido nada. Nunca llaman por teléfono, nunca contestan correos electrónicos. Es una estafa total.

Avoid. Scam. I oredred my chairs on june (92926) and no chairs or money. They dont reply emails nor telephone. Make a police report, hope to get my money back
