They were a little delayed in delivery by a couple of days but when I reached out I got a prompt response. Seeing the previous bad reviews I was a little nervous but honestly the headboard we ordered came exactly as described online in perfect condition. For the prices and quality I think it was worth the risk - might even order with them again

We had to wait for the product we order but it was worth it!! Beautiful lounge sofa. The service was good we could choose or a refund or a other product. We choose to wait!

I ordered set of 4 chairs and only two arrive and I had to spend a lot of time just to get 50% refund. The worst customer service ever.

The ordering process was good. Menzzo kept me updated during the delivery process. The goods were delivered within a couple of days days. The goods also met my needs and expectations.

Chairs ordered on July 14. Still not received on August 25 !!
Menzzo several times informed about this and organize transport !!

It was good, just a lenghty delivery period (6+ months). But packaging and product were good!

I bought a coffee table and it arrived with a missing part. I tried to contact the customer service but no response has been received and no one is talking to me to try and resolve it. So now I have a product which I paid for and can’t use it. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy there! It’s a scam!

SCAM - buying with caution
Best to avoid the site, but if you want to shop here. Avoid using direct debit. Use a Credit Card or Paypal because this company will NOT refund your money even though it did not deliver your order, or order has been returned to its WH.

Bad quality and very Fragile.i will not by nothing with Menzzo so soon...that's for sure.

We ordered a closet that would be delivered in 12 weeks. But eventually it was about 8 months. Communication about delays was bad, only after we e-mailed or called when the closet hadn’t arrived when it was supposed to (again). Will never order from Menzzo again.

The chairs themselves are decent, but multiple screws were missing on one of the chairs (Menzo did reimburse them). However, the GLS delivery is unbelievably bad. They tell you every day they're coming but they don't. And when they do, they send the email an hour earlier (They told me they will be coming at 9 AM on a Working day!). On top of that, the packaging was damaged and carelessly handled.

The order has arrived very very very late even though I have paid extra to recieve it earlier.

Product was not as described / showed in pictures. I bought a 140 cm with headboard but received a 137 cm cream headboard. Returns are d@mn difficult and expensive.

Please can anyone confirm whether they have ever received a refund for undelivered goods ? It seems from comments that this never happens

A complete SCAM!
Avoid this website. They take your money and never deliver the goods or return the money.
The "customer support" is incompetent, unmotivated and, based on the value of the emails they send, can be replaced by monkey.
Save your money and mood by not buying anything from this scam operation.
