I like the comfort of your shoes and your rapid delivery. But I heard that you will not make shoes size 35 anymore. This is unfortunately my size.I am very disappointed about that and I just hope that you change your mind.A lot of people of a certain age have a small foot and really enjoy your brand.

Just because it's the same size as a shoe you have, doesn't mean it will fit in another style
I ordered an item on final sale because it was in the same size as a Mephisto shoe I have worn comfortably for years. However, this item was much smaller around the front so I requested an exchange for a larger size (available on final sale) or exchange for another item or store credit. The bot that replied reiterated their policy, so no exchange or store credit. Buyer beware.
