Initially my walking pad was delayed by a week or so and merach gave me a partial refund. I have had my walking pad for about a year now and it's been fantastic. Recently I lost one of the rubber feet and emailed the customer support team for help purchasing a replacement; they didn't let me pay, they sent 2 replacement feet for free!! This is the best walking pad and the company has great customer service.

I rarely leave reviews. I am beyond impressed by the customer service I have received by the Merach team. I purchased the R26 Rowing Machine and it is simply fantastic. I had rotator cuff surgery this year and I credit this R26 for my recovery.

Quality equipment and quality service.
The R50 air resistance rowing machine is an excellent piece of equipment. It's very well made and is proving to be very durable. Also, the service provided by the customer service team can't be faulted, with prompt and very helpful responses.
Highly recommended.

I purchased the Merach MR-T12B5 for prehab, rehabilitation and strengthening after customer support assured me, in several pre-purchase emails, that it would meet my needs, including motorized incline functionality.
After delivery, I discovered no manual incline controls. Incline apparently requires either stopping the treadmill and repositioning adjustment pins or using preprogrammed workouts that are not clearly identified. Neither is a practical solution for my rehabilitation needs as a senior. Despite repeated referrals to the app, I found no clear incline controls or explanation of which programs use incline. The app is largely a sales pitch for the paid Pro version.
Customer service has been equally frustrating. Despite numerous emails, I received repeated assurances that the treadmill met my needs, confusing instructions, and even the suggestion to use adjustment controls “if available on your specific version”—despite having my exact model number.
I have made five requests for return instructions, including one prior to assembly which they insisted on so I try the product. Three replies repeated that the treadmill met my needs; the fourth offered only a vague promise of a return. I have yet to receive a reply on the fifth.
My concerns are simple: accurate product claims, practical functionality, and competent customer support.
Before buying, especially for rehabilitation, seniors should obtain the instruction manual and look for videos demonstrating the specific features they need. Based on my experience with both the product and customer service, I cannot recommend Merach.

**UPDATE – October 22, 2026**

Merach told me they would arrange a treadmill pickup for Thursday morning and promised a full refund of $428.67, including the original shipping cost, once the treadmill was collected.

**Merach arranged the pickup through FedEx**, but failed to provide the required shipping label. As a result, FedEx refused to take the treadmill. It is now sitting in front of my house, and I have to find help to bring it back inside.

After all the back-and-forth, repeated assurances, and now a failed pickup because Merach failed to provide the necessary paperwork, this has been an extremely frustrating experience.

**UPDATE – October 29, 2026**
Waited for 5 hours for FedEx after being assured that no shipping label is needed , just give them a number Merach sent me.

Well, FedEx came and I still have the treadmill because they have no idea what the number is.

My initial order was missing a part, but the team helped remediate it right away by sending me a whole new setup. And the product is great!

Julia was really helpful and replied quickly to my issue. I received my replacement order quick and i love it.

I want to say that I am so pleased with the vibration plate. Shipping was super fast. The price is so affordable. I have already seen results in the first two weeks. I have noticed my inflammation is decreasing and have my energy back. Thank you Merach for the great customer service! I will definitely buy from your company again.

We love our rowing machine! Setup was easy and it provides exactly the exercise we'd hoped for. The customer service is absolutely top notch. I purchased the W60 Plus specifically for its advertised 12% incline, but after measuring it, the maximum incline was only about 7%. I found other customers reporting the same issue. Customer service was frustrating and required multiple exchanges, but MERACH ultimately issued a full refund and let me keep the treadmill. It's a decent walking pad, but buyers expecting a true 12% incline should be aware.

My remote for my 500$ T-25 walking pad defected and customer service cannot offer me a replacement. But before telling me this they made me write a review in exchange for one and then never shipped it and now I am told it's out of stock..
UPDATE : Customer service finally got me my remote! i am overjoyed that i no longer have to depend on the app to get my steps in, thank you kitty for helping get it sorted.

I’m surprised merach hasn’t been sue , this is one dangerous walking pad , too narrow and short length, should be 6” wider and 8” longer then it would be a great machine! I give it a one star , not worth it !

I’m so happy with the product and customer service. I have been burnt by a lot of companies but they followed up with my discount code I forgot to apply and was very happy with everything.

I’ve always been happy with the service and equipment I purchase through Merach. One of my last orders Fed Ex delivered to the wrong address and the support team helped solve the issue quickly and replaced the item. Greatly appreciate their help and quick response.

My vibration plate suddenly stopped working and I reached out by email to the customer service team since it was less than a year old and still under warranty. It was on a Friday night so I wasn't expecting a response right away. I had a response by morning asking for information off the Manufacturer label and then if I could send pictures and a short video just so their team could see if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. I knew in less than 24hrs from the first report that it needed to be replaced and that they were sending it right away. From first report to the arrival of my replacement took 5 days. They were amazing and very helpful.

Customer service support is excellent. I lost a small part (totally my fault- not the company) and they were awesome at assisting me with fixing the issue and getting a replacement part out to me- free of charge. Again the problem- totally my fault, but their cstomer service helped me without question.

Kitty was very helpful and responsive when I contacted MERACH. She took my concerns seriously and helped arrange a replacement. I received the replacement and tested it yesterday and so far it has been working normally. I appreciate Kitty’s help and how she handled the situation.

The support team resolved my problem effectively and I was able to assemble the exercise bike. It works great and is comfortable to use for us seniors.

I was looking for a solid in home treadmill option that could be folded up to help save space. I had previously bought a vibration plate from Merach, so I looked at their options and found one I liked! It arrived and was packaged very well. It was easy to assemble the parts that needed assembly and works wonderfully! Helping our family move more in the comfort of our own home! Plus I was able to use my HSA to pay for it!! Would recommend this company.
