Terrible, terrible experience with Meraki
April 21st 2025: Order Placed
April 27th 2025: Email confirming fabrication received
June 3rd: Client chased up expected Delivery
June 4th: Meraki replied stating likely 10 day dispatch
June 29th: Client chased up delivery
July 2nd: Meraki offered 10% discount
July 3rd: Client stated that if delivery was not made by 18th July that order would be cancelled and wanted confirmation this was achievable.
July 14th: Meraki said they were checking if the delivery date was achievable.
July 14th: client stated he expected confirmation of delivery by 18th and that Merkai had taken 10 days to 'see if the delivery was achievable'.
Meraki said that a response should be expected to confirm within 24-48 hours.
No response received by 17th July
No delivery made on 18th.

Highly recommend!
Meraki have done wonders to our business. We have used a few different leads generation companies and they haven't be great. Meraki do exactly what they tell you and did not disappoint. The service from Lloyd and Jake has been exceptional, we could not fault them! Looking forward to the future, would highly recommend!
