i have already placed a review and after i am still getting bombarded with review emails from this branch, so i am going to paste my previous one here again.
i ordered service parts for the car and days later got told that it doesnt ship to N.I. at all despite it is part of UK. discriminatory business practice. ordered this set from another branch from mainland and with free 24h shipping. quality of service at edinburgh/coldstream is lacking.

Hello, unfortunately we are only allowed to send orders to mainland UK. This is clearly stated top of every page on our website. You have 3 main Mercedes dealers available in NI to use that is local and more time efficient for any deliveries.

Quick delivery but packaged poorly.
Thought the price for the wiper blades were decent enough however when I received my packages they weren’t packaged up well. Only a few pieces of tape holding it together which I wasn’t expecting. Even a bag to put them in would of been better.

Hi Adam I'm very glad to hear that wiper blades were delivered on time, intact and undamaged ;) That means packaging was sufficient and suitable for the purpose. Adding extra bag would not make this delivery any better but it will increase carbon footprint.
