Fantasic Property Conveyance Service from Mercers of Henley
We engaged them to handle the sale of our smallholding. Here is what I wrote to them about their service:

Well done, you finally dragged our buyers over the line! We can't thank you enough for your professionalism and support during the sale process. (Not to mention the patience needed to deal with slow buyers and slower buyer's solicitors). You are both a credit to Mercers.
I also want to mention that your precision and patience in going through documents, details and forms was very reassuring. As was your levels of communication when things were and weren't happening. I am not good at all the minor details; but I am so pleased relieved that the two of you were!
I have copied Managing Partner on this email, as I am sure he will be delighted by your efforts and proud of your professionalism.
Lastly, thanks for keeping the fees as low as possible.
