Those tiny little fees were adding up in a big way for our clothing boutique. We avoided looking into it for years and were completely unaware that there were much better options out there. We assumed what we had was as good as it gets. We assumed wrong. While at lunch with a few friends the name "Merchant Chimp" was dropped in a conversation. I asked what the fees were to my friend and they said they were willing to beat their current and were competitive on pricing. After doing some research - we dropped our old service and started using them. It just made crystal clear sense and the profit margins became a little sweeter. Since our friends told us we're paying it forward to whoever reads this.

During Covid-19 we were only offering pick up and take out at our coffee shop in L.A. Saving money was so important during these times because we were bringing in significantly less. We started looking at every possible way we could reduce our expenses. My business partner brought the idea of looking at other merchant services to the table. We called around to a few places and liked Merchant Chimp the most because they were local. Their fees were also way lower and they had modern transaction devices available too, which is something we've been meaning to upgrade. We have been using their services for over two months now. We took our time before writing this review because really wanted to make sure we liked everything about this business before recommending them. The savings are definitely real. I personally had no idea that those fees really add up to hundreds of dollars. With the lower fees we make more $ each month now. Can't complain about that.

Been using Merchant Chimp for almost a year now. A friend of mine told me about the business when I was visiting LA awhile back. It's great to see a company that can offer just as much as major merchant providers but with even lower rates. It's been quick and safe for my customers. Also easy to set up. Happy I gave them a try.

5 months ago I made the switch to Merchant Chimp to save money during transactions with my e-commerce website. Before switching over I was using stripe and Paypal. I was content with it because I didn't know about anything else. It turns out the merchant fees really do add up. Also the processing time can put a delay on business. With merchant chimp I get paid faster and I make more per transaction. For me it was no brainer.
