Excellent service, great savings and ongoing support

I approached Merchant Collective to see if I could get a better deal on card payments for my candle business, and I’m so glad I did. Oli took the time to review my entire existing setup, go through the costs and identify where I could save money. The savings were brilliant, and I ended up with a solution that was much better suited to my business.

What really stood out was that he wasn’t just trying to sell me a terminal. With access to multiple payment providers, he was able to compare the options and recommend the one that actually made the most sense for me.

He handled the onboarding process from start to finish, making everything straightforward, and the support hasn’t stopped since. Oli continues to account-manage my setup, is always responsive whenever I have a question, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is working well for my business.

As a small business owner, having someone who takes the time to understand your needs, help you save money and provide ongoing support makes a real difference. I’d happily recommend Merchant Collective to any business looking to review its card payment fees and find a better solution.
