OMG Chase merchant services risk

OMG, long time Chase business banking customer. We tried with moving some merchant business to Chase. After a brief time our merchant account was abruptly suspended with no notice.
We were planning on moving what would have been about $24 million in fee but not now.

Waste of time

Have a numbered company. Signed up for service. Gave them all my info. Do business under 2 dbas not officially articled so i always have numbered company on invoice. Issue receipts to customers right from their own app when card is used.

These guys hold over 5k of money for two weeks no explanation then close my account.

Giant waste of time. Customer service is garbage. If you aren't a big fish there's no point in using them. They don't care about you. The people setting up your account will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you to buy in and then blame you if their review team doesn't like it.

I would like to be able to record taxes…

I would like to be able to record taxes charged. I pay taxes to only one state but cannot record them. The format allows me to record only the total sales amount rather than break it down.
Other than that, I am very well pleased with the service, the quick transfer of funds and the customer service assistance.

Great Banking Experience!!

Customer service professional and courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The system works well, smooth transactions that are easily understandable while processing credit card with iPhone (GREAT IDEA!!!), Zelle transactions also smooth. Great experience. Thank you!!

A reliable credit card processing service?

If you are looking for credit card payment processing service, I recommend Chase Payment Solutions highly. It has been a great partner to my business for the last 12 years and wouldn't think of changing although I get offers and solicitations constantly.

Horrible experience in dealing with Chase

I have had the worst possible experience with Chase Paymentech. My small business was broken into in July 2023 and the POS terminal was stolen and a transaction of just under $3000 was stolen from my business account before the terminal could be cancelled. I have spent literally hours of time on the phone with Merchant Services, Fraud and Risk department, Collections-- yes, collections as I owe them back the money that was stolen from me-- Escalation Department and finally their Executive Offices. Initially, no one could unfold this story for me to tell my why I owe them this money back. My specific questions around if my terminal was stolen and a transaction processed just before the terminal was cancelled due to theft, why did the batch close that day?
This has been the absolute worst experience in trying to reconcile this-- their continued lack of communication and accountability is astounding to me. I could not recommend them any less from my experience.

BEST SMALL BUSINESS ACCOUNT!

Chases is one of the best small business accounts we have had! It lacks nothing in features except online check ordering which is trivial compared to the fact it offers for you to take credit and debit payments directly into your account for the same fees clover and square charge. You have access to help with loans even SBA and Business planning. When I say it lacks nothing I mean it! Thank you Chase for the best banking experience a business could ask for!

My son just sold his car and…

My son just sold his car and transferred the money to the bank card Chase. Then when he tried transferring the money he had to ring Chase and they said £800 is a big amount where did he get it from blah blah blah With a little bit time on the phone. He still had no luck then he went on his online and had a look at £800 in the bank. Took his shock This 500 missing please. Please listen get away from this bank it needs closing down. Please do not use Chase. Please chase it away. I want to swear I want to scream chase is nothing but scammers please be aware
