If not best, then it's a Unique Print On Demand here Asia.
If not best, then it's a Unique Print On Demand that i found based in Asia. I have been doing POD for the past 5 years and I found them here where I am based at - which is literally great...The support team and crew are the awesome in answering your questions like a personal manager approach on things; respond quick in a timely manner. Though they are new on the industry, there is a bright future in the POD trades as their quality kept improving. Experience wise, I am already transitioning with Merchize as my source of this side hustle. Im sure this can provide a living!

Personalised Customer Service is great!
I love that Merchize offers Messenger support with allocated reps. My team and Merchize reps are in a group chat where we share our questions, fulfill orders, and discuss issues. You won't get such amazing customer service anywhere.
Pricing-wise, they are competitive and can offer really good deals with various shipping times, depending on where your order is getting fulfilled. Be aware that orders that are fulfilled locally in Vietnam, will take around 10 days to get to US + another 3-5 to reach your customer. But then, there are many products that are getting fulfilled in the US and are delivered within a week. Just choose in filters location of fulfillment and you will see relevant products.
They are not ideal, their website is still under construction, there are some glitches here and there, but so far everything that I reported got fixed. I love to take a part in their growth process by reporting issues I come across.
Customer Service rep girls are very kind and Grace deserves a medal for being an amazing person, jumping on the chats, Zoom calls if needed even when it's late in Vietnam. We have built a good relationship with Merchize and I hope to be working with them for years to come!

Merchize has been great for my…
Merchize has been great for my business, their polos are sized the same as in my country which I've had problems with in the past with other vendors. My prints look great and the turnaround time is faster than I expected. Their customer support team is very helpful, they even made my newborn son a onesie!

Competitive prices and outstanding customer service
I use Merchize fulfilment service primarily for bedding sets and spare tire covers. They offer very competitive prices, and their customer service is outstanding. You get answers to your questions almost instantly.
Shipping time is very decent, considering they are based in Vietnam. My customers in the USA usually receive their order within a couple of weeks.
