Order processing was a bit slow, but the items shipped quickly and were exactly as advertised. Both the shirt and hat I ordered were of very high quality. I'd definitely order from Merchtable again.

If I could give ZERO stars I would... I will be putting in a payment dispute with PayPal because this site is a scam. Ordered some things in May, June rolls around and they say "wait", ok. July rolls by still nothing and now here we are in August and they can't even be bothered to respond to my emails OR calls. I have half a mind to report the site as a scam. Bands, use someone else because these people are scamming your fans. Whatever you do, avoid at all costs....

Useless. First time using, won’t be using them again

Terrible. They sent me the completely wrong shirt and after multiple times of trying to contact them, I'm just giving up. Will never order from them again.

Despite initial concerns coming from negative reviews, I recently ordered an artist's concert shirt from Merchtable, and I'm pleased to report that my order arrived on time! The quality of the shirt also met my expectations. It is probably worth noting that Merchtable was directly affiliated with the artist's official merchandise store website, rather than being an independent seller of their merchandise.

They overcharge for shipping. I went to order a CD and the shipping was calculated to be $8.50 for USPS Ground Advantage shipping. If I go to check out with the same CD and a $3 sticker, it calculates the shipping to be $6.09 for the same shipping method. Still overpriced, but less so.

To add to this, if I go to check out with two of the same CDs, it calculate the shipping to be $6.81, and three CD it calculates the shipping to be $7.77. There is absolutely no way these shipping costs make sense.

I contacted support about this and all they tell me is that this is out of their control and they "strive to provide the most efficient and cost-effective shipping options possible". I doubt both of these statements.

If the above were true, they wouldn't be charging $8.50 to ship a single CD.

I'll admit I have never actually ordered from Merchtable, so I can't speak for the rest of their service but the fact that they charge so much for shipping, likely no reason, makes me want to never order from them. So to me, a one star rating for this reason is fair.

Anyone can look up commercial shipping rates, so anyone would be able to see that $8.50 to ship a single CD using USPS Ground Advantage Shipping is too much. There is no reason for shipping on a single CD to be $8.50, unless it weighs more than a pound.

This company is not to be trusted. I ordered 3 CDs, 1 being a pre-order. They let all 3 sit until the pre-order comes out, but charge you $9 for shipping...... That's enough to send to me twice. Surprise, my pre-order didn't ship when it was supposed to, now I have to open a PayPal dispute. I'll never use these morons again, and don't you waste your time either.

Absolutely brutal company. I've dealt with hem twice. The first time I never recieved my record and had to chase them for my money back.

Still waiting for my second purchase... 8 months later!!! They keep sending it to random addresses and then it is returned.

Avoid if possible

This service was actually laughable. The first agent AGREED that the description did not properly note the shade of "red" as it was printed coral/pink. The manager then chimes in to say it was correct and to basically go touch grass. I'm still laughing. not only was the print quality subpar, the shirt quality is basically tissue paper. @ The Get Up Kids, please use another service!!

Honestly, I have ordered band merch from merchtable a couple of times now and it's usually okay (at least quality-wise). Big problem #1 is that shipping is outlandishly expensive. I live 4 1/2 hours away from their warehouse. I cannot conceive why I am paying double digits for shipping costs. I wish that was a joke, but I have paid $12, $18, $8, and $10 for shipping on orders (only ordered like $60 worth of stuff).

My last experience with the company has caused me to completely boycott them. I ordered a $55 hoodie ($10 shipping) in early June. Got the wrong size at the end of June. Immediately emailed the company requesting a return and refund. Takes them until MID JULY to respond to my email. I ship the hoodie back to them during the same week. I have not received a refund and it has been OVER A MONTH. I have emailed them and they once again refuse to respond.

Ordered a CD from them (which was around $26 including shipping), and it showed up with the jewel case completely destroyed. Have been trying to get in touch with them via phone and email for a week+, to absolutely no response.

Awful service. I had to contact them 3 times over the course of several weeks to even get a reply. The reply was not helpful and I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me about my missing order

i wish the band i ordered merch from chose a different company to fulfill their stuff because these guys are scammers. they are holding a preorder from months ago hostage and customer service is zero help. i also saw on twitter they’ve been putting weird christian propaganda booklets in some packages. absolutely horrible i really hope they ship my order today and i don’t have to report them.

Before I get into the nitty-gritty, the customer service I got was pretty good from merchtable! They were fairly understanding. Slow to respond, but understanding.
I ordered a hoodie in a size Large. I washed it (my mistake), and it was very small. I thought it shrunk significantly. After reaching out to customer service, measuring, and comparing with the size chart, I found that it was measuring at a size Small, even though the tag says Large. Customer service sent me an XL as a replacement. As soon as the item arrived, I measured it. Before washing it or anything: I measured it. In comparison to the dimensions on the sizing chart, it measures at a size Large despite the label saying it is an XL. It is possible this company drop-ships, which is why they may not have control of or understand how the sizing is so messed up, but just be aware that this companies sizes run small !!!!!

Useless do not order from these “people” they can’t get orders correct then do not fix their mistakes , they are hopeless , they do not care if they send a wrong order , they are hopeless please do not order from these people to sage yourself a headache

Bait and switched items with no communication. The order took over a year and more than half of the advertised product were not included. Poor communication at best and I'm very disappointed with the product.

Unacceptable experience.
Ordered hoodie 1,5 month ago and still received nothing. Customer support says only “bla bla bla… wait please another month.. or two…”
I will never buy anything anymore from them again.

I have ordered a number of times and never really had a good experience. A few months ago I ordered two albums and a couple posters which took more than three weeks to arrive after paying more than $6.00 for shipping. I thought I would give them another try 3 weeks ago. I ordered one album. Paid over $6.00 for shipping again. I am still waiting for it. Three weeks. I will NEVER order from them again.

If only I could give zero stars. I have ordered plenty of releases from bands. The product always arrives by release date and typically before. The Merchtable order arrived 10 days late. There was no communication. I sent an email and they responded to my email almost a week after I sent it. Their response was empty, and the real cherry on the cake was that their response had a link to give a review of their customer service and when I opened it, it automatically gave them a star and a good review. I will never use them again. You should not either.
