Helpful friendly delivery driver as for shed poor quality timber some of frames were at least 50mm shorter than the others .the floor is very poor have to put more timber on it to make it strong .The bit I dont understand is doors are 5ft 3in tall but apex is 6ft 11in .So had to make a stand for the hole shed to lift it up as am 5ft 10in not worth the £700 i paid poor quality timber and badly designed buyer beware

The shed was delivered when said which was good.
We are in our late 70s and had arranged for 2 men to erect it for us or we would have returned it when it was unpacked.
The panels were really flimsy and there was between 5 and 9 knots in each panel. Some fell out and had to be stuck in with glue. We can see daylight when inside the shed. You advertised a high quality timber construction in the description which it is not. Also one of the panels was nailed on wrongly and had to be taken off gently in case the thin panel split then nailed back on properly.
The back and sides are rough wood and the doors are smooth and when painted with shed paint looks completely different.
We were not expecting top quality wood for the money we paid but we're really disappointed with the quality and the faults.

The rudest and angriest delivery driver I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. Dismissive, impolite, sullen, unwilling and beyond unhelpful. He did not want to be there, and that much was plain. What should have been a pleasure in receiving my expensive (unchecked) shed (bought from B&Q) today was ruined by him. I've spoken to customer services to raise a formal complaint which MUST be acted upon, as that individual degrades the company & brings it into serious disrepute.

Firstly, the shed base was not delivered on the time /date as advised and had to be re-scheduled.
Secondly, the base measurements do not match those advertised on the website. I appreciate there may be some slight differences here and there, but this was way out.
Thirdly I cannot recommend customer services who appear to treat clients queries / requests as some form imposition.
The final straw in the whole experience was the lack of assembly instructions. There was one sheet of paper displaying a QR code. When scanned this linked to instructions for a complete shed, NOT the shed base supplied. Luckily, I am fairly skilled in DIY projects so I managed to figure things out quickly.
On an environmental note, why supply so many fixings and screws for a simple base? I now have so many screws that it would be sufficient for about a dozen bases. Such a waste of resources when we are supposed to be concious of waste?
Overall, a soul destroying and disappointing experience - one that I will most certainly not be looking to repeat.
2 stars are for the driver who was superb and very helpful. So different to the actual company and product. Nothing to recommend.

The quality of the shed is rubbish it looks like it's been made out of wooden pallets

My greenhouse was badly smashed. In total, six separate pieces (panels) were broken. Particularly disappointing given that the delivery was local (Sutton on Trent)

Avoid avoid avoid.

After 3 years, the wood on my shed has snapped and bent despite the regular maintenance. Do not buy from them. They have no interest in helping or offering compensation as their warranty is only for rotten wood (which won’t happen when you maintain it so there is no warranty). Disgracefully uninterested in helping on the phone. And make you go through a whole stress of sending in photos and writing explanations, just to say they will send up a piece of wood. Ridiculous customer service. No care. You’re just a number to them.

The shed was very poor quality. It has holes on the walls where the knots in the wood have fallen out

The shed I got is great and putting it up took a bit of time but it's great now I got it up I'm using it as a work shop

I ordered a greenhouse and a polytunnel. The polytunnel arrived but the greenhouse didn't. I went back to the shop and they phoned customer service, who couldn't find the order, even though I had a receipt. I sent them the receipt and they cancelled my order. I went back to the shop to ask for my money back.
I got a refund- the shop staff were also frustrated with customer service, who were completely useless and who struggled with English. I tried to reorder the greenhouse but it was out of stock. I had to order a different one in the end. All this took about a month.
The greenhouse that eventually arrived is good quality and well designed. It needed paint to preserve the wooden parts.

The shed is not worth the money the wood is very thin

Delivered on time and with care.
The summerhouse was easy to build (for 2 adults) following the instructions provided.
It has made a great difference to our garden.

Delivery was on time and the delivery man was really helpful.
The instructions were clear and easy to follow definitely two people needed to erect as the parts were of good quality sturdy and quite heavy, everything went together really well only slight criticism is one of the door panels is slightly warped but it was one of the hottest days of the year we were working on the project.

The house itself is okay - the door is approx 40mm short of the actual opening so It’s not watertight by any stretch. I’m a modelmaker and have built many flat pack items before - this was badly cut with edges not meeting properly.
If we hadn’t allowed one day to build it as a surprise for my son I would have sent it back. But it was too late. Also the customer services is closed over the weekend so no help there either.

Rubbish construction - scratched windows and panels that dont fit- our joiner fixed at extra cost to us but will need to refit the windows and doors when the unscratched version comes- which adds even more cost! They really arent bothered.
