Absolutely avoid at all costs
Absolutely avoid at all costs. I’ve had an absolutely terrible stay and they are the most unhelpful people I have ever interacted with.
They run this system to avoid refunds for hosts, and it’s basically a scam.

I rarely leave reviews like this, but this experience was severe enough that I feel a responsibility to warn others — especially families with children.
From the moment we arrived, the property was shockingly dirty. There was visible grime, dust, and dirt throughout, used soap bars, hair left behind, rubbish and empty bottles still in the apartment, and a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and far below what any guest should reasonably expect. We did not feel comfortable using the facilities and ended up sleeping on top of the covers with our own blankets due to concerns about hygiene.
Safety was another major issue. The listing states the property has three floors, but it does not disclose or clearly show that access is via a very narrow, steep, winding staircase with visible damage, which is a serious hazard — particularly for children. There were also no visible smoke alarms, which raised further concerns about basic safety standards.
The property is advertised as having a “modern bathroom,” which is simply not reflective of reality. The condition and smell of the bathroom alone make this description misleading. Parking was also advertised, yet after driving around the area multiple times, no usable parking could be found.
What made the situation worse was the response from the so-called “magic” concierge. Rather than acknowledging the issues or trying to help, she was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. She attempted to explain that used soap, hair, dirt, dust, and grime were “typical for the region” and part of the property’s “charm.” This was deeply insulting and entirely unacceptable — poor hygiene is not cultural charm, it is poor standards.
This stay was meant to be a very special trip — my 30th birthday and my son’s first ever holiday. Instead, I was awake until 3am trying to resolve the situation and urgently find alternative accommodation so as not to ruin our planned Disneyland day. No guest should have to deal with this level of stress while on holiday.
The listing photos are clearly taken to show the property in its best possible light, while failing to accurately represent the condition, cleanliness, and safety risks. Based on our experience, this property is not suitable for families and does not match how it is advertised.
