Homeowner Policy Issues
I requested my homeowner policy to be canceled upon renewal and instead they canceled it 10 days earlier and charged me a $50 fee for the early cancellation.
They always say to call my agent but when I do I never hear back. I have always had to call in multiple times just to get what I needed done.
I do not recommend Mercury Insurance or any of their affiliate companies.

Don’t Go with Mercury
Mercury insurance has terrible customer service and underwriters. As a goverment employee I was supposed to receive a discounted rate but they took every chance they could to cancel my policy.

I am disappointed in what you offer for road assistance. I think 75.00 per occurrence is not a good price. I did not include it with my policy as TripleA offers so much more for less of a price.
