I have the worst experience with Merge souq they are not professional as my request was CYJ after I placed an order I called for un update one answered me she laughing and calming fake name ( NANCY ) after I asked her about her name, so manager FAHAD spoke to me apologizing behalf of her and he said he will deliver the item so despite my investigation i want to complain about them for the Health Ministry

As per our company policy and regulatory compliance, we are not permitted to sell injectable products to individual customers. We had explained that Merge Souq exclusively caters to licensed clinics and hospitals, and unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill your order for this reason.
