absolute awful customer service and very unprofessional
absolute awful customer service, please don't use there services it took me to speak to three different people to book my gift voucher, I finally got the booking done and they called me one day before my treatment to tell me that they don have therapist available. this was birthday gift and it was so embarrassing, they are not helpful and very unprofessional!! waste of time and money!!!!

This is not a SPA!!
This is not a SPA!!! This is a room for a massage in a very basic gym. There is no place to wait for the treatment in the "spa". Instead you are using a gym changing room that is not very clean or you are directed to wait in a sauna area, where there is fungus on the ceiling, two wooden benches, tiny tiny steam sauna and hot sauna filled with people from the gym. So it's zero points for the spa experience. Massage and facial we got in the room was average ok. But please don't call it a SPA!!!!!
